This place is terrible. Our room felt like it was in a back dark alley. The pictures of the hotel look like it is a beautiful indoor facility but that is a complete lie. The pool was an empty hole in the ground. The rooms looked to be "updated" but was not very clean. Every Wyndham hotel I've had reservations with has been the same experience, gross. Never again!

Had a long miserable day on the road. Stopped for the night here, and can honestly say it was amazing. Thank you Ramada, I will definitely consider here first!!

I have been coming to this Ramada on visits to see family in NP for over twenty years. I'm so sad to leave this review but my recent stay was a far, far below expectations for a reasonable night's stay. The room I was staying in seemed to have just been set-up. The air conditioner was not functional, TV broken, and the phone was not connected. I would say the room temp was near 95-100 through the night. Occasional night walks and some ice from a nearby gas station offered some respite. Overall cleanliness was beyond disappointing and the door connector between the neighboring room was unable to lock. I'm sad this won't be an ongoing stop over but truly hope management is able to get things in order soon.

Air conditioning was out in the lobby and in my room. Our room was about the temperature of the upper levels of Hades. We got another room at a different hotel. I would advise others to be extremely careful about renting rooms here especially in Summer. Until they get their air fixed. But if you wanna sleep in a puddle of your own sweat. Have at it!

When we checked in the staff was friendly and helpful. When we got to the first room that we were given it was totally destroyed. There was clothing, old food, and alcohol bottles every where and smelled like a hoarder home. We were then "upgraded" to a suite that was not cleaned either. The trash was over flowing, the beds were unmade, and the previous keys were still on the table. When we went back to the front desk we were told that they didn't have any other rooms. They did give a prompt refund and the staff was at least kind about the situation. We ended up staying at a different hotel.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was barely adequate. I was quite surprised because Ramada Inn used to be a top quality chain. This appeared to be a poorly done flip of an older motel. At first glance the rooms had been updated, but overall, they reminded me of the basic design of a 70s Holiday Inn. Some of the remodeling work was poor. The hot and cold water lines were evidently reversed on the shower spigot because when you turned it on you immediately got hot water, and the farther you turned the valve the colder the water was. Our door was on the outside of the building. The cement walkway outside or door was in serious disrepair. One of our neighbors said when it trained, water came in under our door. The hallway from the outside entrance to the main lobby had a very strong foul odor. We will not be going back.

Before agreeing to your assigned room, please make sure your TV/cable works. They won't discount your room if you have to spend the entire weekend without a TV to decompress to.

Wonderful staff, rooms, breakfast. And you had electrical charging plugs and USB ports everywhere. I didn't have to unplug the clock to charge my phone. THANKS!

We went to go check in. Was told no rooms were available because they’re all “dirty” this was at 9 at night. We overheard the lady tell the next customer that there was no suites available but only a couple rooms. This made me think that the lady did not want to give us a room. Very unprofessional. 0 stars if I could!!!!

Great place to stay on the road! Continental breakfast is always good. We appreciate that they are pet friendly with outdoor entrances.
