I've called many times in the last week, and they aren't able to help me in anyway, or give me straight answers. I called the 1-800 number and reserved a car, but within 5 minutes the local agency called and told me they could not fill my request for a car...

First time I rented a car from there it was great now renting on some more days to come but it's sad when I have to take the car back I would love to be able to keep the car that I am renting for good the people are very nice there here in Kearney Nebraska

Third time that I have reserved a vehicle at least a week early. Every time when I go to pick up the vehicle I reserved, they didn't have one so I had to use something that I didn't want to. I don't think that I will ever use Enterprise again.

Reservation made and reservation confirmed then the day of pick up was called two hours before pick up and informed that I wouldn't be able to pick up until three hours after my confirmed reservation and a maybe at that but I did get a call after I was already on the road after making last minute changes that a car was available thanks for nothing will never use your service again at least not in Kearney

Kearney Enterprise has always been very accommodating and efficient. We have rented from them a few times over the years. Vehicles have always been pristine.

I can't say enough about the staff, in particular; the young lady that took care of me. I was in a bad truck accident in a nearby town. I had been stranded there for two days, trying to find transportation to Kearney, Nebraska. When I finally arrived, there were no available cars. This young lady called everyone who had a reservation, that day. She was able to find someone who would forego their reservation, and found me a car!:) may God bless you, young lady :)
