Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise was very helpful when I lost my car during the flood. I went to another car rental business in Kearney. It took me over a week to get a rental car. Enterprise picked me up and delivered me back home. They were very accommodating and friendly. They were also very professional. I did not find that elsewhere. I highly recommend Enterprise.

We broke down on the way to Wyoming and pulled off in Kearney. Eric was incredibly accommodating in helping us find a car and even let us follow him at 5 mph to an auto repair place for the car we'd been driving. Everyone we interacted with was kind and patient. Wonderful service!

I am an international student studying at UNK. I rent a car often because I don’t have a car in State. I rent a car only at Enterprise even I am out of town because of great service that I experienced at Kearney branch. They are always kind and really care for customers. They never have cars for people traveling. I know this first hand. I have tried to shuttle people there and they have told them they dont have vehicles.

Enterprise was able to get my mom a vehicle with no notice when she had car trouble in Kearney. They were able to work with us over the phone to line up a reservation, use her debit card as an in-state resident, and all for a very reasonable price. The employee even helped my mom move her things over to the rental vehicle. Thank you Enterprise, and thank your staff.

These guys were great! Got me in a car as soon as the other persons insurance accepted liability. Easy to work with, kind and compassionate.

When they have cars available it's great and if you book advanced is super fast and easy. Would be a 5 start if they had more vehicles and could be open on Saturday, even just open in the morning? Some staff make it a great experience others are just there to do their job and really don't care

I had rented a car from a different location, and there has been nothing but issues with the branch that I got the vehicle from. I went in and spoke with a young lady at the Kearney branch, and she was absolutely delightful to speak with very respectful and understanding, kind, and courteous and help resolve all issues beyond satisfaction. I would highly recommend if you were going to rent from enterprise to use the Kearney location. Their customer service was virtually outstanding.

I booked to have a car rented to me for three days and everything was booked smoothly and said I was set for my trip. Two minutes later I get a call from Enterprise claiming the Kearney location has no cars in their fleet. I called the location in Grand Island the same exact thing happened. they also had no cars in their fleet. This all happened after confirming they had a car for me!

Came here this morning due to some issues with my Enterprise rental from another state. Car dashboard reminder showing it needs oil and filter change. Upon checking, engine oil low and dirty. Engine coolant also low and needs topping. Mr. Reed Sims arranged for me to go over to Big O Tires close by to have oil change and top off engine coolant. Big O Tires took me in and both services were done in less than an hour at no charge. Mr. Sims was pleasant and professional the whole time. He fixed my concern right away. He is an asset to this company. I strongly recommend this Enterprise car rental to future customers.
