Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've rented cars for various reasons from Hawaii to the Caribbean...this place and these guys are the absolute best! Service is outstanding! From the time I pick up the vehicle they are very thorough in answering all my questions to the time I drop it off. They are super quick to get me on the road! Would recommend these guys to everyone!

In last three months I've had my car totalled and new car scratched. Enterprise has helped me get into a car during those times and been more than accomodating. Friendly and the cars have been great. I discovered to call then use option 4 to get directly to the Kearney office. Easier to book a car from there. They have plenty of vehicles, but maybe not exactly the kind you want, the reason for the reviews about no cars available. I've used them even a fews years ago for a trip and got great service, even had an issue with car and the Enterprise in Rapid City, SD and Kearney made sure my son got home. Best to ask when the best time is to rent a car. They do have busy periods.

Best Service Ever from all the staff! Rachel, Ben and Justin have consistently given me courteous and exemplary service! This week when the weather was getting bad, THEY called ME to see about my upcoming travel arrangements. They went our of their way to make sure I was safe and taken care of. Keep up this caliber of work! I am so impressed!

Missed out on work time due to bad tire. Was told if I drive an hour away they would have another vehicle ready for me. When I arrived was told to go get it fixed my self. Will never use this company again better off buying a 500 dollar beater as it would be more reliable.

We rented a mini van for a family vacation and will definitely use Enterprise in Kearney again. Gabby was super friendly and made the pick up process extremely easy. There was a little bit of damage to the front fender but that was noted at pick up during our walk around. The biggest issue (not really a big thing) was finding a place to park the van when we dropped it off after hours. The parking lot was full but we found a place to park on the side. We reserved our rental a couple of weeks in advance so we knew there would be a mini van available.

I loved the van that I rented. I have had several Dodge Grand Caravans over the years and I currently have a 2005 that is the newest one we have. The 2018 leaked dust in when I drove by the farm to check out the crops. None of the other ones have ever done that. I will use Enterprise again if we need to rent a vehicle.

Didn't get what I ordered, didn't get a walk around, the car I got was not in good condition and had sensors going out and told I can trade up when I got to the location I was going and now I've been told I'm stuck with what I have and have to live with it as out of 15 locations I have called and stopped in all say they have nothing.... Huge city's and 2 airports really there's nothing this company will do to make a customer happy? I just want a full size car with nothing wrong with it!

Dan is the man at Enterprise! He made the whole process painless, and even stayed late for me to return my rental. i am very happy with the service I received at the Kearney Enterprise Rent-A-Car!

I love using Enterprise in Kearney. The staff are always very welcoming when I come in. Justin and Rachel go above and beyond to make sure all the bases are covered each time I need a rental. They are efficient, quick, and friendly. The cars are always clean and ready to go. I rent a lot and so I see them interact with customers from all different scenarios; folks that have been in car accidents and need a rental to regular customers that rent frequently ... they are always polite and professional. I trust the team in Kearney to take care of me. That's why I always bring my business back to them.

I had a rough beginning experience at my local enterprise honoring the price I booked online. I drove an hour and a half to the Kearney location and Gabby was exceptionally helpful.
