Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very poor customer service, would definitely recommend NOT using this location. I would have had better help from a painted rock. Reservation was confirmed online, called to say its was not then had zero solutions

Very good experience and ease of using the app. Unfortunately, with my mind on the flood and loss of a vehicle, I forgot to decline damage waiver. My insurance picks that up on all rentals as does my credit card. Lesson learned.

I don't usually write reviews, but after reading a poor one I decided to add my thoughts. Our car was wrecked & in body shop for what seemed like forever. They were courteous and professional. Best rental experience ever.

Justin and Rachael at Enterprise Rent A Car in Kearney, truly have given excellent customer service!! Justin went completely above and beyond in delivering to me an upgraded vehicle when I failed to make the correct rental for icy Nebraska roads. Exceptional Service and I will always use Enterprise when I travel home!

We usually have a good experiance. Just be prepaired that they charge $150 more than your price as a deposit. You don't get it back until you return it. Also we got a car with no cruise control and we had to drive a long distance... Also we got charged for gas even though we returned it just as we recieved it. We got it with a little less than half a tank and returned with a little less than half a tank and still got charged.. Take pictures of the tank before and when you return it. When we returned it the guy said we were good to go but still got charged for gas anyways....

Terrible service. We had an appointment for a pick up set with the office. They did not show. I had to call and remind them to come to the body shop. Awful. Came 15 minutes later in a car. The insurance company requested a van, we requested a van. We have 4 kids and 2 parents. That is six people and they show up in a CAR. Would give zero stars if possible. Terrible service from Rachael and Justin.

MGR Daniel Barnhart was great. I rented a car and then noticed that a rubber air guard was dragging on the ground. I simply drove back and Dan Barnhart immediately fixed the problem. Dan even got down on the wet pavement in his good clothes to get it done. They also were very efficient and got me back on the road in a hurry...thanks for your great work

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, we had an extensive rental due to car repairs and Carly in particular made sure we were 100% taken care of and answered all questions we had. She really made it a positive experience and I was happy to see her again when we returned the car!

Needed a rental car after my daughter's car broke down in Omaha. Did have some difficulty dealing with the Enterprise Rental places in the Omaha area as they would not let me rent over the phone or go to a facility in my area and rent a car for my daughter and have her pick it up there in Omaha. Other than that, I was able to rent one in our hometown and take it too her which was nice but did waste an entire day. I have been doing business with Enterprise in various states and islands and will continue to do so but do wish they could/would change their rental policies to accommodate such situations as ours. They were very accommodating in the area where they graciously rented us an SUV for the price of an economy vehicle since they did not have one on the lot.

This branch is great, and I have never had an issue with any rep nor with any vehicle I have rented from them. Their rates are fair, and they almost always have what I need, and if I don't, they give me a free upgrade. I've used them repeatedly, and will continue to do so.
