Amazing sales and awesome people... Trevin taylor went above and beyond to keep us in our new to us dodge ram. Never had that kinda experience at a dealership i highly suggest them and ask for Trevin he will get any one in a new car because they do care Even filled our tank for us :)

Body shop repaired my bumper. Took longer than expected there was no call or communication letting me know this. When the vehicle was picked up an inspection was done to find the new bumper scraped up when tail lights were re installed. An advisor called to discuss. Call was disconnected. He still has not called me. Car was left again and we were given a loaner vehicle. This should have been inspected and taken care of before I paid the invoice or put led up the car! It should never have left the body shop in this condition. Why was the vehicle not looked over? Why such poor communication? I will not do business with them again.

We talked to an associate before we left home about a trade in and they said they couldn’t be accurate about how much they would pay for the trade on the phone. We told them we live an hour and a half away and have a 2 month old that would be with us. We provided the trade in vin and the balance of our loan before leaving home. They stated that something could be worked out if we got our vehicle up to them. So we drove the hour and a half with a our infant just to get told they couldn’t work out a sale with our trade in because of the loan amount. Very disappointing that this was discussed on the phone prior to us making the trek. When we were leaving there was very little curtsey to how far we drove just to be turned away. Will not be going back because of the associates disregard to our inconvenience for this trip.

We never felt pressured or talked into buying our vehicle. We were treated with respect and Bernell made our buying experience quick and easy. Thank you Bernell and Sid Dillon Chevrolet!!!!

As always top rate service and support to make sure my vehicles are in the best operating conditions possible. Would not go anywhere else. Miss being closer to them for my everyday maintenance needs but happy to travel back to Nebraska with anything I question from other shops or would only trust Mark and Josh to handle for me. Maybe some day there will be a Sid Dillon location in Kansas. Hint, hint I guess it's ok either way having Randy J. on speed dial makes my car buying a little too easy at times!!!

I purchased my first car from Sid Dillon Chevrolet in Fremont, last Saturday, and had a great experience! I initially went in to view the Equinox I was interested in on Tuesday night 10mins before closing. During this visit Mike and Nate were nothing but accommodating, they answered all of my questions and I didn’t feel rushed as I looked the vehicle over. When I went in Saturday to pick up my vehicle Mike made sure I got the best deal possible and thoroughly explained my options. I also appreciate the time Nate took to go over all of the features in my Equinox. Overall my first car purchase went better than I could have imagined and I would definitely recommend Mike Sintek and Nate Beran. These guys gave some exceptional service and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase every step of the way.
