It may cost more than smaller shops but the customer service I receive each time is why I continue to come back. Josh takes the time to make sure I understand what is wrong and what is specifically needed. He’s an amazing liaison between the mechanic and someone like me who knows very little.

did body work to my truck...needed extra parts to complete..verified with the paying ins company...finished the repairs...picked up truck...a/c not working...returned to shop the next weekday...fixed the problem with no charge to me...took a little longer to fix than planned due to the need for the extra parts and verifying with the ins company...very satisfied...

Went to 2 other dealerships looking for a 1/2 ton diesel pick up. One wanted 5k more than sticker and didn't want to raise the value on mine.... Another wanted $500 down to run my credit, whatever! I went to Ty at Sid Dillon in wahoo and he was treated like a king. It was late so I went back the next day every thing was ready. Went for 2nd drive all was explained, finance department was abit quick on the feet, but I slowed him down asked questions and they were answered in detail.love the place

High priced and did not fix anything. I did get a credit back, but not sure I want to go back and use it. The vehicle warranty does not cover much I guess.

David and crew did such a great job helping me buy my new Bolt. He arranged for delivery over 3 hours away to my own doorstep.
