This is the second time we have purchased a car with Tom. He is truly amazing. He made the chore of replacing a totaled vehicle a joy. I would recommend him and Sid Dillon to any and everyone!

We had an accident, took the front bumber off of our car. But of course Dillon's knew it was more than just a bumper. We needed lots of work done. They did a great job. The hard part was waiting on parts. Took 6 months to get it repaired but Dillon's hung in there with us until they had it looking great again.

I can’t say enough about Dylan and Tyler who as service advisers helped me to fix an older vehicle with electrical problems. Dillions is very busy but I think they got it resolved in timely manner their customer service was excellent as they worked with me to try to get many things working on my vehicle again. And I don’t know who this tech was that worked on my vehicle but he was very knowledgeable and able to pinpoint what he thought was wrong and corrected it. I am just ecstatic that several things that were not working before or now working such as sunroof, back windshield wiper and electric/heated seats just in time before the cold is going to set in. thank you Dylan and the rest of you at Dillons for helping to get my car back on the road.

Deceptive advertising I went to the dealership to sell my truck. Based on their online tool I could expect between $14-15,000. The truck is in perfect condition. Their offer was over $6,000 less than advertised. Before coming in I asked about the reliability of their trade-in tool and received promises that it was very accurate. At the dealership, they conveniently changed their mind and kept coming up with excuses on how the trade-in tool is very unreliable. Don't waste your time. I walked away and advised that you do too. Update: The reply from Sid Dillon insists that the value of my truck was based on condition. 1) The truck is in perfect condition. 2) Even if it wasn't in perfect condition, you would still expect it to be within the range given. The reason a range is given is that they already account for possible conditions of the vehicle. This has been confirmed both by talking with a representative of Sid Dillon and by TradePending (the tool they use to quote vehicles).

From start to finish the experience was second to none. Corey was amazing to work with. I always knew what the status of my new Corvette was. Through the long process of being on a wait list for an allocation and then sitting down to finally order it, to the waiting period as it was being built and delivered.
