I wish there was a way where you can give them no stars. I came in for an oil change with an appointment with an entire week in advance at 3. I don’t live in town so I left an hour before and got to Fremont 20 minutes prior to my appointment. They made me wait 2 hours for my car back and tried to make me pay when it was in fact free with a new purchase of a car. I don’t know if they thought that just because I was a girl I wouldn’t know the time frame but I’m not stupid. This is by far the worst thing that I could ever experience.

I had a dent with a crease on my passenger door "fixed" at a different dealership and was very disappointed as they just took white paint that didn't match my vehicle and put it on the crease and didn't actually fix the dent. I contacted Sid Dillon in Fremont when I went for an oil change and they took care of me! When I got my vehicle back you couldn't even tell there was a dent there and they did an EXCELLENT job! Do all of my auto service at Dillons. I have nothing but positive comments. Prices are reasonable. Done in a reasonable length of time. We just wait in lounge area which ic clean and pleasant. Bought last 2 cars there. Great place.

First, I want to applaud our salesman, Matt! He did not leave us hanging like GM did with a vehicle that was a lemon. He knows how to talk and treat a customer with respect. I can't say anything good about the other person we dealt with regarding the extended warranty. He was arrogant and must have just got out of diapers and has not learned yet what to say to an unhappy customer. I have been a customer service representative for over 40 years and this young punk has to go to school to learn customer service. You better know the entire back story before sitting down with the customer and acting like we should feel lucky. I never before had to ask a salesman to not bring that guy back to us at Matt's desk due to how he was talking to us. Our salesman Matt needs a big raise!

Shawn and Chad in the body shop were the best in fixing my Buick. While Chad was working on my car I waked around the dealership and talked to many people. Every employee that I met said; "Hi how is it going-- or can I help you." Then there was the lady who took my money, Shiela Hall, who turned out to be a former student of mine at Fremont High School .

Name is bill dont know how joe Johnson go on there. But i towed my car in there to get looked at. 100 dollar tow. Get a call oh that car has a wire brunt and has cut wire stuff missing 2000 to fix it. Go get it noticed in the same spot the tow company put it, Noticed the hood was never opened. Got it home opened the hood looking at stuff the harness for the transmission was loose pushed it in problem solved. They never even looked at it . I sent it there for them to look at it not to refuse to look at it. I guess its my fault i should have done their job for them in the first place. Contacted them twice not a single word. I will be telling my company that send their truck there about this Its all fixed just a loose connection there was a piece of sandpaper that i forgot and left under the hood was still there when i lifted the hood just a simple look would have seen that connection worked it self loose If they would have just returned my calls would be here

Every encounter I’ve had has been great on the surface but the follow through has been lacking at best. I had bought a used truck that was over priced and they were not able to tell me what was wrong with it. Saying it was a great truck and that it will serve me well. It has served me well and has cost me a lot of money due to things that are unsafe and should have been taken care of. Make sure you test the vehicles thoroughly and inspect every square inch. Only a few thousand miles in the breaks fail and I was awful lucky that no one was hurt or vehicles damaged. I understand that it is a used vehicle but 13 grand for a truck with 127,xxx miles with bad shocks, bad brakes, leaking transmission, bad bearings, and a misalignment is unfair. In attempting to repair the breaks I discovered that I did not have a jack or the tools to operate it. Those tools are also required to lower the spare tire. I called and they said they would get the tools for me. Now having opened the box the tools were supposedly in I saw only half the tools necessary. Sid Dillon do not respond with a generic “sorry about your experience” if you respond I expect an offer of a brand new tool kit for my 06 Silverado in any Sid Dillon location in Fremont or Lincoln NE the kit should be the exact same as the new Silverados. Give me one of those and order a new one to replace it. Thank you.

Bought a vehicle from Sid Dillon in Lincoln NE.. Wanted to trade at Sid Dillon in Fremont NE. They offered us $10,000 less that we bought it from them 6 months and 600 miles ago. So the ripped us off in the first place and tried to lowball us later on. Told us we needed to find a cheaper vehicle if we wanted our quoted trade difference. What business is it of yours idiots! What a bunch of crooks! Will never deal with them again and have advised everyone I know to do the same! If I could give them no stars I would!
