Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Always a pleasure renting from this location. The prices are always cheaper than anywhere else and whatever vehicle I'm looking to rent most of the time I get and don't have to settle for less. Overall I think the best thing to me is that they remember my name and provide good customer service.

Very unprofessional as far as pick up. Driver was not personalable, was playing inappropriate music from his cell phone, cursing, etc. I didn't feel comfortable or safe for the brief ride. As far as counter interaction, he was the same one who checked me out, so instantly his behavior switched to professional. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with Enterprise, but due to a death in the family, I was unable to call Corporate. Thank you in advance, ChiQuita Stith

My husband and I dropped our truck off with Priority Ford to get some servicing done. They said they would let us use a rental car until our vehicle was done. It took enterprise 30 minutes to come and pick us up (priority ford is not even a mile from location). There was another couple waiting for enterprise as well. We all piled into this small Jeep Cherokee and the man drove us to the location. The customer service was not that great. No ones really smiled or was overly helpful. The car we ended up with was the same vehical that hauled all 5 of us to the store. It was dirty, and stained and uncomfortable. I was shoked because ive rented plenty of vehicals from Enterprise (not at this location) and the customer service and overall cosmetic of the vehical was always great! Like riding in luxury. I would never ever rent a car here for my own personal needs.

Horrible customer service. I came from out of state and they gave me the run around. They did not work with me. Place has a horrible smell and they did not accommodate with my needs. One of the staff members said he didnt see my reservation because it was booked off of priceline but gave me a outrageous price without asking me how long I wanted to rent the car. Horrible experience would not recommend anyone out of state to come here.

Don't get me wrong, I like enterprise and I usually rent from them. However, this location, I was turned off by the employees. I tried returning a car here that I rented at the churchland location. The guy picked a "dent" in the car, which I was sure was not from me, and wanted to charge me $500 and file an insurance claim. He made me go all the way back to churchland, where I rented it from, to return it. They saw the same dent and completely ignored it. They were much nicer at the churchland branch.

The worst company to rent a car from. Payment method is difficult they should accept all debit cards If it can be overdraft. They only take major cards. So if you don’t have a chip don’t think about renting. Which is the dummest thing I ever heard of. If the card can cover the car, and any additional charges. Why can’t it be used. And when you finally do get to rent a car. They never have the car you reserved.

I didn't have any negative experience w/ Enterprise rental until this most recent encounter. I was traveling on a Sunday and the only office open was " the airport@ORF" and it turned out a disaster( because I wasn't flying in)And bec' I had a debit card and not a credit card...Discrimanatory... I've been using Enterprise for some 25 or so years and " this was the worst! The receptionist @ the airport desk was " INSENSITIVE" to my plight and should get a medal for" cold as polar ice, without any human compassion or remedy". This is the Worst I've ( to the present) ever been treated, I was made to feel like " I just didn't matter, like I was a criminal". Maybe our society has something to do with it? but it's NOT any way to treat a longtime loyal customer. Customer service went right down the drain. I know Credit keeps things going, but Credit can also destroy a person's life...and I'm still NOT gon' " Do credit", and not for Enterprise either.

I been using online to make my reservation and it made things easier and quicker. I also done walk ins and only a few times there were no cars available so had to go somewhere else. I've been using Enterprise for a long time and will continue to use them.

I have been renting an Enterprise car for over two years now. My contract is with 751 Monticello Ave, Norfolk, although I have not been to that location for some time. Each month my contract is renewed and the follow up and assistance has been great. I mainly have dealt with Lauren, and her predecessor before that. I highly recommend it.

Customer service was good in the office. The detail person needs to pay attention to windshields. The car I picked up I thought need to have the windshield defrosted, however it really needs to be cleaned inside and out.
