Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience !!!! I was able to drive a brand new Toyota Corolla while my vehicle was in the shop. Everyone in the office was courteous and very pleasant. I had returned the vehicle and left my phone charger inside. The car had already gone to another location however, someone was kind enough to go and get it for me. They went above and beyond.

The staff here made the whole car rental process easy as a breathe! The shop was clean and organized. Their cars are well maintained. They were so friendly, helpful and professional. Great customer service experience!

Last week I received word that my 42yo nephew passed away from Covid complications. Within six days of his diagnosis, he was gone. It was sudden and unexpected. My family is still processing the loss of a great guy. I needed to rent a car immediately. I reached out to Enterprise but unfortunately, they did not have any vehicles. I called numerous car rentals to no avail. I contacted Enterprise again (downtown Norfolk location) and explained my delicate situation. Dave and his team said they would work expeditiously to do what they could. I expected the worse but hoped for the best and that is exactly what they delivered... the best. His team moved mountains! I was able to pick up the rental within a few hours and drive out of state to be with my family during a most trying time. I cannot thank the team enough for their sensitivity to my needs; calling within a few hours to say they have secured a vehicle for me. My family extends a heartfelt THANK YOU to the men and women of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Monticello location!!!

Helpful, friendly staff. They called and told me that they didn’t have the car I reserved online but they had plenty to choose from when I got there. Right in downtown Norfolk, don’t have to go to the airport.

I would give 10 stars for the outstanding customer service if I could. They were on top of errors my insurance company was making, and facilitating the resolution for me. So instead of losing my lunch break to call around and get everyone on the same page, Enterprise took care of that for me! How amazing!!!! ... and I got to keep my lunch break. These are great people and great at their job. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service. Had me checked in and out with a clean vehicle fast. When I returned the vehicle the process was even faster. And released my deposit exactly immediately. I highly recommend this particular Enterprise office. They do a great credit to the company.

I think the car I rented needed an alignment but other than that it was nice. Staff was very helpful and informative. Prices for holding fees have increased.

Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. They didn’t have any car for me on multiple days. They told me to arrive at one time, but booked my reservation for another. The white dude (I didn’t catch his name) especially was very rude and had an attitude towards me. All of the four star reviews are made up. Do not come to this enterprise.

The people are very good and the cars are well maintained but I'm not a fan of getting a car with a 1/2 tank of gas and then trying to returning a car with 1/2 tank of gas. Too much work to try to calculate amount of gas needed, to get to the 1/2 mark, in an unfamiliar vehicle in a short amount of time with the vehicle. I enjoyed the car and the return was easy. People, car, service and location should be a 5 but for me with the gas thing I took away one Star.

This is the best rental company/branch I’ve ever dealt with. My car was smashed into by a moving truck running a stop sign, and I ended up in a rental car from this branch for over 5 months while my car was repaired. Todd and his team were incredibly helpful getting me into a great vehicle and working with the insurance company to ensure things were seamless for me. I can’t thank this place enough, and I HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks so much!
