This is a very great place to rent a car from. The staff is always friendly and professional. They do not accept cash or money orders as payment. They only accept credit or debit cards. There is a 100 dollar deposit which they take out of your account when you pay for the rental. They return it to your account when you return the car. It may take a couple of days for it to post in your account. It also helps to bring in a up to date bill or bank statement. They service is usually slow but that's because it's alot to cover and it is sometimes only two workers working. The cars are always clean and I have never had a problem with them.

- - EVERYTHING IS CONDUCTED ON LINE THESE DAYS - I was renting a vehicle on the premise that Enterprise will pick you up, and drop you off for my convenience - everything was smooth until it came time to pick me up - No Mention that a PICK UP is no longer available !! It would have been very considerate had - prior to making the reservation that Enterprise will not provide this service - NO MENTION ON LINE !!! I strongly suggest that this FACT BE POSTED!! "" Associates were extremely professional and accommodating once I arrived to pick up my reserved rental - it went like clock work - excellent vehicle - clean and easy to operate - CD player unavailable, who knew ?? / As a result of this experience - omission of services promised - I shall shop around when the need surfaces again.

Upon arrival Morgan was so happy and professional. I went in to rewrite & was greeted with a smile and speedy service. I was having a bad day but her personality and professionalism made my day. Highly recommend.

The branch Mgr. Neal was incredible. He did wash the car by himself for the second time since he wanted to have a better cleaning car after the inspection. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was amazing and all had the smile on. I been here twice and I like this location. Thank you Enterprise and thank you Neal.

I havent used many other rental car services but I have never had a problem with Enterprise. Every time the car has been clean and ready for me to go (believe I even got a free upgrade one time because my rental wasnt ready) and any time I've called customer service they were friendly and knew just how to help.

The process to reserve a rental was quick and easy online and I was greeted warmly when I came in to pick up my rental as well as when I dropped the vehicle back off. With the chaos of having our regular family car undergo repairs, it was nice to receive such great customer service here. I’m not sure of her name but the associate who just transferred to the Norfolk location and who went over my reservation info with me was very nice. Highly recommend!

Really deceived. I rented 3 times a car with them in the last 5 months and i would have rented again regularly but i won't. First, last time, i booked on internet at a certain fee. When I dropped the car, the fee had changed and i did not paid attention. The "time and distance charge" went from 212.87 to 249.99$. When I realized, i mentioned it to Mr saunders, a very professional trainee which asked someone to come. That person first mentioned wrong calculus on my side before understanding and i finally got back the difference. Had i not check, i would have lost these almost 40$. You could expect a symbolic discount on a next rental... Or, at least just a few words explaining that they are sorry. Nothing... Eventually, I went back there for another rent. I had booked for 10 am but was left waiting for the car car being ready closer to 12 am, which can be unconvenient but i was totally comprehensive and nice ("take the time you need"). I had a car with no manual lock for the trunk which i was not used to and on my trip, i eventually closed the trunk by error with the key inside the trunk during a stop. I called Enterprise and they gave me a service number. The guy on the phone from the service company linked me with a technician. Told me that these huge rental agencies like Enterprise were members of a network and that i would probably end up paying no more than half of the intervention, 58$ ("most rental agencies will do that" he said). The day i was due to drop the car, i was called to know if i wanted to pay for an additional day as i had to drop the car for 10 am. I had to remind them that i got the car at 12am. Back to Enterprise, i dropped the car with the maximum in gas, over the max jauge. It was absolutely clean (i vacuumed it and cleaned it inside with alcohol swipes). They made me pay the service fee for the trunk without a word. Even if I was responsible of that, i would have expected a minimum symbolic gesture as a regular client that let things clean, on time, and without damage."that's not the same service, we can't do anything". Next in line, please. So it is good to know that their service can up the fee like my last rental, but in the way that benefits them… So uou get a car. But it does not come with a lot more in terms of client care.

Wanted to give a shout-out to Kia and Neil. These guys saved the day with awesome customer service and quick response time. Another Enterprise location neglected just about every important detail for my reservation and transferred me to these guys at the Monticello location. I hope the management team commends these two for a job well done.
