Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I enjoy renting cars from Enterprise. She staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable, the cars are great quality and clean cars. I never had any issues when renting a car from Enterprise. The representative, Hunter, who handled the rental agreement was very customer oriented and friendly. Customer centricity always makes a customer valued. As soon as I provided my reservation information, I was advise that I received a free upgrade which is always a plus and makes a business trip even more enjoyable. This Enterprise location deserves an A++++ from me !!! Way to go. Drop off was quick and efficient as well.

We have been renting vehicles from Enterprise for many years and have generally been happy with the service and value. This trip, however, was disappointing in that the customer service reps at the kiosk where you pick up the vehicle didn't even bother to show us how to operate the vehicle. We spent quite a while trying to figure it out and then when we went back and asked them to show us (it wasn't your normal key in the slot and turn it on vehicle), they acted like they were annoyed. Not sure I'd use the Norfolk VA enterprise at the airport again.

Very dissapointing experience. Started off having the wrong vehicle and then provided me a vehicle in the next class down. Within 30 miles of leaving the location began to have a slow tire leak. After airing the tire up 3x and driving less than 100 miles the tire was flat when I woke up the next morning. The closest location didn't have any vehicles to trade, which was difficult to believe since there weren't many tourists visiting at this time. Enterprise wanted me to drive the vehicle, on a spare tire, another 40 miles to the next closest location. After spending awhile on the phone and debating with them I was able to finally get a vehicle brought to me and was also then another class lower than what I had originally requested. The service was terrible! In this situation I shouldn't have had to debate and waste my vacation time on the phone and then be put in vehicle that was far below what I had requested. Wasted money trying to request a nicer vehicle and spent an entire day without a functional vehicle.

Me and my wife and newborn were stuck here from midnight till 6am because hurtz was supposed to service us late due to a delayed flight, essentially they just up and abandoned us. The manager for this enterprise noticed us and our bags and was super helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Were it not for just another 45 minutes for hertz to open, we would have gone with enterprise.

does not hold reservation, swiped my cc 7 times and locked it up, had to call my credit card company and put funds on another card. then they tried to give me an old pick up trick that smelled like mold and had a low front tire, when I reserved a full size car. calling corporate. stay clear of this place at all cost.

Kyle and Karl were excellent after my family and I had an awful experience at another car rental. Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Karl took great care of us administratively. It was so refreshing to see after such a long day. Thanks enterprise for saving the day!!!!

I usually rent, for work, from the 347 N BROADWAY SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY 10591-2309 location. The guys here (Jay and Chris) always take good care of me. They stay in contact with me, letting me know when my car has been dropped off at our corporate location and follow-up with me when it's due for return, to make sure everything is still good. Because of this service, I try to use Enterprise for all of my car rentals now, personal or business. On my recent trip to Norfolk, Virginia, I used Enterprise at the airport and, as usual, everything went smoothly. I got a better, bigger car than I would have gotten at Avis, for $100 less!

I reserved a rental and was denied because my govt ID did not validate in their system. I've rented from the same location several times. Customer service agent did not have much knowledge about the system and outrightly denied my reservation. Hertz got me one for a cheaper price almost immediately. Never renting with enterprise again.

This is my first time renting a car and it was easier than I thought it would be. Karl helped me throughout the whole process— he was knowledgable, professional, and easy going. He answered all of my questions and was patient with me. I got what I needed that fit my budget! Super grateful, I will definitely be a returning customer!

Definitely not the best experience… I’ve been a Enterprise customer for nearly over a decade… I recommend my family to Enterprise and my mother received horrible service from the manager MADDIE. It was so bad it was like a slap in the face. Long story short my mom put in a complaint and provided the manager with an in incident number to look up. Maddie refused to look at it, told us customer service was lying and don’t know the airport rules for Enterprise, She told my mom she wasn’t allowed to rent from that location again. Very discriminating
