Scheduled online and this location provided easy and quick pickup. Staff was friendly and easily accommodated our request for a different vehicle.

There's a special place in hell for con artists like these people. They overcharged us $300 on a car rental. And when our insurance called them to have them reimburse the $300 they charged us $300 extra dollars for a grand total of $854 for a Six-Day car rental then reimbursing the $300 to make it $554 for 6 days when it was supposed to be $254. So they overcharged Us by $600. I will spend my last breath making sure no one uses this car rental place again .

My boyfriend and I travel for work so we frequently have to get rental cars. This enterprise was by far the best rental service we have ever been to, and the only place in town that could get us a rental today! Very grateful for Connor and all his help!!!

Was refused service at this location. Enterprise does not accept U.S. currency. They also don't accept GBP, Euro, PayPal, bank-issued credit cards, debit cards, or any other currency. The only accepted payment forms are select credit cards and only when those cards are issued directly through the credit card company.

I rent monthly and the team at enterprise treats me as if I were family They're always great to work with and are very professional and courteous. Thank you for treating me as a valued customer.

Reserved a rental almost a week in advance to pick up before noon on a Saturday. Showed up shortly after opening and within a few minutes, the rep interrupted me to go to the bathroom. Next person took over and offered me two vehicle options, one that had a trunk that doesn't work or one that I needed to take to get an oil change on my own time that they will pay for. At first, I was willing to do this but realized I would not have enough time for this nor should I have to do deal with something that is not my responsibility. I requested an upgrade and they were super resistant and even though they said they were giving me an upgrade, I was only being offered vehicles that were the same size and level. Completing alot of travel for work and using several rentals over the years, we can tell the difference in vehicles offered. The more I tried to sort this out with them and the closer it got to closing time, they became more dismissive and very pushy about me taking another option that I did not want. I cancelled my reservation and there was no attempt to correct any errors. Be wary of their customer service, at least on weekends and I hope noone else has to experience this kind of nonsense in the future or waste this kind of time and/or money. *edited to update- I attempted to connect with their home office oer the request and noone ever reached out to me. Will never use this location again. We are big supporters and club members with Enterprise but this location is just awful.*

I was told they would pick me up at the body shop at 7:30, but when I called at 8 to find out they wouldn't be there until after 9. So the body shop took me to Enterprise to pick up the rental car. The car I got was dirty tires flat. Dash lights keep flashing things wrong. Took it back the next day got a different car. Torn floorboard dirty headliner , someone spilled pop on the front set . Then that 2nd cars tire went flat so I'm on my 3rd car in 4 days. The people are great. Nice as can be.. They are well used rental cars that have flaws. But the people were right on getting this fixed and I was on my way..

Absolutely our favorite rental car company. Local office is exceptional! Shout out to Conner. Vehicles are always clean and ready to go. Pick you up if needed. Fair pricing. Return is always easy. Highly recommend if you need a vehicle.

We had a fantastic experience with this enterprise! When we got our rental, there was an issue with the vehicle we noticed right before we left for our trip. They swapped our vehicles, no problem. Both vehicles we received were very clean. Any issue we had during the rental, they helped us solve it. We felt like they treated us kindness and professionalism throughout the entire rental period. Checking in and checking out was fast and easy. I truly have nothing bad to say about my experience with this location, and will definitely go here in the future if I'm ever in need of a rental.

Ended up having to rent from Enterprise this weekend. When I got there the lady showed me this car and the first thing I noticed were the windows weren’t clean …on the inside ….they had fingerprints, smears. I asked if the car had been clean, she said oh yes it had been sanitized. I said then why are there fingerprints still inside!! She had no answer for that. I said the seats are dirty. She just looked at me. I asked is this the only vehicle you have? She came back and said I can upgrade you to a compact SUV. I said that would be better. She said that’ll be another $10 a day. I said that’s not an upgrade. Because you can’t offer me a clean vehicle in the size that I wanted that’s clean? She again had no answer. After I got in the car there was only a half a tank of gas and it has a maintenance required notice on it. But I had to have a vehicle so I had to take it. Not impressed at all. Definitely going back to Avis. Also got one email and one voice mail message from enterprise regarding this. Nothing was ever done or discussed by them as they said in their messages. I replied to both messages too.
