Enterprise Rent-A-Car

booked rental car 16 days back and today they said that they don't have the ability to provide me a car. Very hard to reach to their customer support. No help.

The insurance company that I was dealing with referred me to Enterprise. The pick-up process was smooth, the employees were organized and professional. However...the vehicle they gave me was nasty!! Smelled like musty old smoke. I will not ever rent from Enterprise due to this issue.

They can take the week off it's Tuesday and all Enterprises in Lincoln and Omaha have no cars to rent till Friday afternoon.

The staff was friendly, the 300 dollar deposit was a bit more than I had planned for which is an unfortunate ordeal but the car was cleaned very well and I was in and out.

They didn't assist our families needs our vehicle broke down a 15 passenger vehicle that we rented months in advance and gave us a replacement with only 12 seats. They do not care about customers safety at all!!! We had 14 people . FAILED TO FIND US Q ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION!!! What a nightmare. We rent to avoid issue such as this. I could write and entire chapter about our experiance from them at roadside no assisting us to this branch not communicating with us at all to get us a resolution. If you break down in a 15 passenger vehicle they will not!!! Help you

Cars are consistently late when you show up to pick it up. Last time I was given a different car due to an issue with the SUV they were provisioning for me but they told me not to worry about having a full take of gas when I drop it off as a "We're sorry". Then they charged me $28 for not having the gas tank full when I returned it later that week.

They don't have poor customer service, they have NO customer service. Rented 3 times in the last year and a half from Lincoln locations. The last one was filthy and smelled like an ashtray. 2 of the 3 times I was sent to a different location to get the correct vehicle. Driver pickup had to be called because they failed to show up for the scheduled time. Spent hours on hold over the phone with no answer. Ended up driving across town to get help. I understand being understaffed, but this is an ongoing issue. I keep telling myself I won’t use them again but I only have issues in Lincoln Nebraska location.

We rented a car from here recently due to our car being in a minor accident and needing some body work. This is where my insurance approved a rental, so I didn't get a choice in the matter. That said, it was a pretty good experience overall. They picked me up at the body shop and were prompt and went straight to their office so I could finish paperwork and get my car. Unfortunately there were 3-4 employees at the office but only 1 that could help people finish paperwork and get their cars so I had to wait quite a while for an exceptionally picky customer in front of me. Meanwhile the other employees were screwing off on their phones and just sitting there not doing anything because they apparently can't do the front counter and rental duties? Other than that delay in getting my vehicle, the experience was fine.

Fast service, friendly staff, easy process to pick up and return car.

I'm only giving this place five stars because Miriam up front made the experience Great for us regardless of the fact that they were short-staffed and need more help.
