Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Brian, branch manager at 46th and O street in Lincoln NE, did an exceptional job in finding a solution to the issue I had when I was told there were no available vehicles for my reservation. I was tending to a family emergency and needed this transportation right away. Within a few hours, he found a car for me. Brian is a good man and I felt he should be recognized for his good work.

I'm giving this location a one star solely on the service and not the company or the car itself (I had great experiences at other locations). On the day of the reservation, we showed up at the location and gave the guy a reservation number. The guy was completely inflexible as well as unwilling to help just because the license was from a different country he has not seen before. He kept repeating "I don't know how to key in the information because I've never seen this country before" with a mocking face. On top of that, he looked up a wrong reservation just to have another lady help him telling us off that we didn't confirm our reservation. This was later proven to be false, but the damage has been done. The lady then took over, but also did not bother to explain the car to us at all. Not one bit. I have never seen such a bad customer service and inflexibility in my life. Just because the license is from a country you have never worked with does not mean you have the right to be rude to us. I will consider other rental companies next time.

Terrible experience at this location. Scheduled a pick up for 7:30 as we had to leave right at that time. They did not have any vehicles ready at that time and we had to sit in the parking lot for 40 min while they “cleaned” the car. 40 min later we got a car that looked like they just sprayed off the outside. When the man brought the car over we walked around the car which had dings and dents all over the vehicle. The man then stated that he had wrote down all of the damage and sent us on our way. I drove home to pack the vehicle to leave. On the way I noticed that the windshield had a crack. Not knowing if the man had wrote this down or not I took a picture to prove that it was there when I had gotten the vehicle. When we were returning the vehicle the guy checking us in went out and inspected the car. He came back and said everything looked good but there was a crack in the windshield and he would have to report that to their damage control center because it was not noted upon picking up the car. We showed him the picture of the windshield and he said that there was nothing he could do because it was after we had already left. Very mismanaged business. I will never rent a car from this company. 10/10 would not recommend.

Pick-Up was horrible, drop-off Great. Reservation made month in advance online, when picked up, reservation had been changed to 1 day with some lame excuse about "my people called & changed", I'm the only "people" in my company! Car was filthy, covered in bugs & only had 3/4 tank of gas. After "discussions" with representative, ultimately received different vehicle, which was an upgrade, but interior was still dirty. Was told "You don't have to rent from Enterprise", which if I would have had time/ability to choose another company, would have been done & never looked back at Enterprise. Rental price was increased by $150 initially & again after "discussions" & showing reservation, price was returned to reservation price after 2 attempts. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper & left the facility extremely disgusted & vowed never to rent from that facility again. Return of vehicle was painless & pleasant, because was a different attendant who was extremely pleasant & helpful. When I told of "pickup" experience, received apologizes, free upgrade & 10% off next rental. The only reason for 2 stars was because of attendant on drop-off. Will give this location another chance, but skeptical at this time.

I came in to this Enterprise location last week with my mother. I called the branch to get information on the rental process prior to coming and spoke with Ernie. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the rental process and made sure we were prepared when we came in. When we got to the branch, we had the pleasure of working with Ernie again. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but had great customer service and gave us some good laughs! Thank you Ernie and Enterprise!

I use enterprise when I need to rent a car (probably 2-3 times per year). This past rental was not the best. The car itself was fine, but none of the employees were wearing masks. They were friendly and professional, as usual, but the lack of a mask was concerning. The car was not wiped down from previous rentals on the inside. I had to do this. The oil light came on the first day, and after checking the dip stick, I had to buy oil and replace it. The air conditioner was not as cool as it should have been either. Overall, this was not the great experience that I have come to expect.

I called and rented a car over the phone. Specifically saying I needed a full size car because my mom can’t make a step up. I get to this location and no cars in sight... just SUVs. I told them I was told a car would be here and they told me to go to another location and see if they have a car. Not my job to find the car I specifically asked for because I was transporting someone with a disability... which I was sure to mention more than once on the phone call. Then when I called corporate to complain I was told I would hear from someone for this to be resolved and never got a call back. They will sure be hearing back from me!

Excellent customer service! The check in process, which can be lengthy, was streamlined and is was good to go in under 10 minutes. The car was in great shape as well. I was picked up on time and was able to leave the car where necessary without any hassle. Recommend!

The young man who did the walk through with me and set up my rental was very nice and helpful. I had no issues with getting to and from the shop where my actual car was being fixed as they also gave me a ride which was very nice. I found it a little inconvenient that there were three people inside of the Enterprise building and only the young man (I wish I could remember his name) was helping people get set up with their cars. I sat and waited for about 15-20 minutes while the other two employees sat at their desks and openly were playing on their phones right in front of me. I could have been in and out of there within a few minutes if either of them weren't on their phones. It wouldn't have been a huge deal if I wasn't trying to get this done over my lunch break, but I was under a time crunch and it rubs me the wrong way to see employees on their phones instead of helping customers. Otherwise, a good experience.

Great clean vehicle. Issues on Billing... I was under the understanding I was renting fro 3 days. I got a call the morning of the third day and was told to bring the car back because I had only rented for 2 days. I brought the car back and ended up having to pay for 3 days. When I complained about it and asked for the car back I was told it was too late to get the car back and i still had to pay for 3 days.
