Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a really positive experience with the 46th & O location both times. I rented from them twice in the last year or so. Everyone has been quite helpful. The manager, Noah, assisted me with all of my questions and concerns.

Avoid the 4601 O Street location in Lincoln, NE at all costs if you value customer service. I turned my car in at the agreed upon time only to receive a bill 48 hours later charging me for an extra day. I called Enterprise main only to be told I had to speak to the local company - fine. I attempted to call the local branch all day (yes they were open) only to be repeatedly hung up on after sitting on hold for 20-30 min. Not sure what else to do here besides eat the 50 bucks and warn future patrons about the ambush they are about to walk into. Avoid this location - go to the airport, the convenient location on O street is NOT WORTH IT.

This place is trash. Trash service. Do not go here. Misinformation. Gave away my rental to someone else. Stay away

I have always had a great experience with Enterprise but today - the morning of my reservation I received a call from the North 27th location and was told that they don’t have cars. When I asked if they would have a car for me by the end of today, they said they couldn’t make the guarantee. Again, great experience in Kearney, NE but this branch is completely opposite. Don’t make cars available on your website if you won’t have cars available.

Go anywhere but here to rent a car. Seriously, worst customer service and communication ever. I can't believe a company that runs like this stays open.

You should check in via phone before coming to get your rental trick is they won’t answer the phones but they will throw a huge attitude (especially the female employee) for you not calling ahead of time. All in all between picking up and dropping off I attempted to talk via phone 7 times, none of those calls were answered. When I asked how am I supposed to check in via phone if no one answers the phones the very snotty girl said “we’ll we have bad phone so you just need to keep trying.” Little to no communication. Once I got past the rude girl I was finally able to speak with someone who was able to get me in a vehicle. Although he acted like doing so was doing me a huge personal favor…my insurance is paying for this, you didn’t do me a favor buddy. The car smelled and was on “E” but a car is a car. He said he could authorize one of his guys to fill up to half a tank but that it would be a wait or I could bring back empty. Overall super unimpressed. Hopefully the other Lincoln locations have better customer service.

Jack is amazing! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, my 1st rental car had Major issues starting! I dealt with that for 3 days before I was given a different rental car. I'm assuming that has to do with company policy. Customer service was very friendly and efficient otherwise. My 2nd rental car was a beautiful Toyota Camry, no problems whatsoever. It even convinced me to purchase my Toyota Corolla. Thanks again, Jack!

The class of car I reserved was not available when I arrived at Enterprise. Therefore, I was given a "complimentary upgrade" to a compact SUV, which isn't what I wanted, as it wasn't a comfortable ride at all. Not to mention, despite having been washed, the vehicle was still pretty filthy. The windows (especially the windshield) were not very clean, which became even more apparent driving at dusk. The inside smelled like dog, and there was dog hair in the carpet. It was a less than mediocre experience.

Was surprisingly impressed has been a few years since I went to Enterprise. Good value and service.
