Enterprise Rent-A-Car

These guys are top of the line! I got in a car that smelled like cigarette smoke and my sales person went out of his way to make things perfect for me. Will Williams was his name and he treated me like a king. I got a different car and everyone I talked to in the office was polite and friendly. I have rented my cars from the Lincoln Airport for the past year and I thought I'd give Enterprise a try, I am happy I did. Thanks for your great service.

I rented a standard SUV for 11 days for $485 over the holidays and drive to NYC and back from NE. The car was new, clean and reliable and even pretty gas efficient for an SUV. I also took advantage of the buy ahead fuel plan which also saved $$ because it was lower price than any around. The only downfall was that there were no parking places for me to leave the vehicle after hours and I had to park it in front of their garage at the downtown location .

Ok. So, my repair person calls this location and reserves a full size car. Enterprise informs us that we can not pickup the car before 4pm. I go over there about 428pm and the fellow says that since I was not there at 4pm, they no longer had full size car. He said that few people came in before I got there and they were allotted full size cars...So, the question is: Why reserve a car if the reservation has such low value--in my case ZERO value. Very poor customer care. Maybe the guy was having a bad day.

Website was horrible, first phone call referred us to another branch. Website had no address for pick-up so we ended up going to multiple locations. Charged a $50 deposit fee even though this was a rental through an insurance company during a car repair. The place was a dump. Won't go back here again. If I could give less than one star I would. Rent from literally any other place if you are in need of a rental vehicle.

Unauthorized charges to my card. They "claimed" they had been trying to contact me for two days yet I only received one voicemail and called back promptly. Even though I've completed my information and verified it they chose to just charge my card. When contacted about it the person was rude, unsimpathetic and plain ignorant. Now I get to dispute the charges and survive while my account is in the negative all this right before Christmas and now I can't get presents for my family. All because someone doesn't know how to do their job. Sill no contact from anyone to resolve the issue. **Update** days later and still no one has contacted me regarding the issue. What a joke. **Update** weeks have gone by fortunately I was able to dispute the charge. But no one has yet to freaking contact me. Give someone else your business. Don't deal with shady people.

Pickup was odd, drop off was perfect. When I picked up the car there was only one person there and he was really kind of a.... well not very customer service oriented, maybe because he was on an Island by himself? Who knows! When I dropped off the car, everyone was great! They even gave me a ride to my location.

I have a bad hip and two knee replacements. The car they picked me up in was so high I almost fell getting into it. Then, after getting registered for the car I was supposed to rent my credit card was declined for$2. I tried to use my debit cardbut they refuse to take that as well because the address on my driver's license was different than my home. They did however give me a ride home. But that lady's me stranded for the rest of the week.

Staff was rude and unaccommodating. I reserved a car at 10 am through my insurance provider, when I went to pick it up I was told it wouldn't be available until noon. The vehicle provided was not what I had requested and the fuel level was below what they claimed in the rental agreement. Near the end of my rental they called and told me I had to return the car the next day even though my insurance was paying and my car would not be it if the body shop for 3 days. My insurer fixed it, but Enterprise didn't even contact me back to apologize.

Always great service with the Enterprise in downtown Lincoln. They didn’t have the car we had reserved, but they gave us a free upgrade to an SUV which worked out even better. The staff downtown are always very helpful and very friendly. No complaints

Enterprise has always done me right when it comes to price and quality car. I have had issues in the past with their we will pick you up service. They are know for it and one of the main reasons I have rented for over 10 years at 3-4 times a year. Well this trip I was picked up at home on a Friday and said I would need a ride home on Tuesday. The young guy said not a problem. Well Tuesday comes and the clerk says Oh I sent everyone home, we can not give you a ride for almost 2 hrs. He left to go home 5 minutes later, I'm still sitting there. Then another young man comes back from a pickup clocks out and goes home. I'm still waiting... finally after complaining I got a ride home 1 and a half hours later...I didn't even get a discount...
