Wichita office was really nice about getting us a car at the insurance price, after we hit a deer. They didn't put on our 3rd driver though and didn't tell us that they didn't. They charged us for the extra driver we did add and didn't let us know about the charge. When we tried to fix it at the Lincoln, they informed me that the Wichita office wasn't answering and, since they were part of a different group, they weren't able to fix the problem for us.

I had a very good experience with Enterprise while my car was in the shop after an accident. Everything went smooth from start to finish. From the driver to the office staff, they were all kind, welcoming, and made it all easy for me. I was able to get a vehicle that suited my needs which was a plus!

After modifying an online reservation, I arrived to find out there was an error in the system. Not a problem, as they set me up with another (better) vehicle at the price of my original reservation. Very accommodating for any problems that come up. Thanks, y'all!

would vote Zero stars. this locations manager is such a corrupt and crooked manager that she actually shut off her location from receiving Google reviews for the day when I had told her I was going to be reviewing her store. and if she doesn't like you for whatever reason she will put you on a list to not be able to rent from Enterprise. I'm certain i will make this list now after leaving honest review of her performance. my past experiences have been great. you will see how far this review makes it. and will be seen by as many as my past reviews i'm certain of it.

Emily was super helpful in getting me in and out in a timely manner. I'm not sure why I was charged for gas when I returned it with the gas that I picked it up in. Other than that I have nothing negative to say been renting from Enterprise for years and they've always been super helpful.

Great service. They took care of me with a free upgrade. The Rav 4 handled my traveling needs until my vehicle was repaired. Keep up the good work!!

Worst service I have ever received from any rental car place. I have called 5 times now to be told they don't have a vehicle available and to call back on a specific day. A gentleman wrote down my name and number saying he would call me at the end of the day with a car, but it has been 3 days and haven't received a call.

My experience with them was great! It was a pretty smooth process to pick up and return the car. Carter and Chance are new people there, but they did awesome jobs! It was a pleasure to chat with them.

They work really hard to keep you happy regardless of stressful conditions or short staff. They’re always upbeat and positive regardless of the situation, and the environment is so cheerful! With all the issues I had they made it feel like a dream fixing all of it up. They’re immediately there to aid you with road side assistance, an Uber ride to pick you up if you can’t get to store location yourself, and always answer the phone and try to get back to you as soon as they can. Every time I come to the office I always leave with a smile, the atmosphere feels like a Disney show, it’s so wholesome regardless of the stress going on, everyone is sharing jokes, and just is such a wonderful place in general. If anyone wants to work here I highly suggest it, and if anyone needs a rental I highly suggest it as well! These people are doing God’s work each rental, phone call, and smile at a time. 🎃
