Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is the worst place to rent and car from .First car they gave me a car that smelled of cigarettes so bad I had to return it the next day. When I went to return the car they replaced for me the new girl working closed out my account with them before asking questions about my Insurance company paying so she charged my card $541 instead of the insurance company that I have full coverage with ..after speaking to my adjuster they still stated they couldn't refund my money and they did admit to my insurance it was their fault. Now I have to go through the process of 7 days waiting for a check from my insurance ... NEVER AGAUN WULL I GO TO THIS AWFUL PLACE..

I worked with Emily! She was really understanding and patient. I would definitely rent a vehicle through them again.

So far a horrible experience. The car i got yesterday feels like its going to fall apart on the hwy. So I bring it back and they have no other vehicles but a mini van. Even the next guy in li e was told they have no vehicles today. How ridiculous..

Over $725.00 was charged to my credit card for a 2 day rental. When I returned the car I was told $225.00 would be charged. Be careful with these guys! They will rob you!

I rented a car to go visit my neice out of town. It was not expensive and it really helped us on gas mileage since we have a van. We didn't have any problems getting the car or returning it. They people were also very quick and nice to work with!

Enterprise gave me a very reasonable rate for a short four day rental. I picked up my vehicle in Lincoln and the Staff there was courteous and kind, as I was in Nebraska for my Mother’s funeral. I dropped off the vehicle at the Eppley Airport and it was quick and easy. Thanks for making a difficult week a bit easier.

I have had to use a rental car several times in the past couple of months because of car issues and traveling, and any time I needed one Enterprise was there to help me. Whether is was planned or last minute there was never an issue getting a car. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the process was always quick and easy. During a recent rental I had to extend my rental twice due to my car being at the mechanic for longer and all I had to do was just call in and they were able to extend my contract by phone without me having to go in and do extra paperwork. I will always use this location for my rental car needs.

I have rented vehicles from this Enterprise location for quite a number of years and have been extremely satisfied with every aspect. The employees have always been very professional, friendly and helpful. I have noticed the rental prices have easily beaten other local prices. I have rarely, if ever, had to wait for my car and have been upgraded (complimentary) several times. Great staff, great service! Thank you all.

I had a great experience! The staff were friendly and helpful. The car was ready when I arrived to pick it up--clean and full of gas. It handled great. Drop off was painless and the price was perfect! I cannot say enough good things about renting from Enterprise.

Told me I could pick up a Rental before they closed, and asked if I could leave my car parked there for a couple hours. They said yes, but upon arrival they have absolutely no parking. The spots designated for customers are full of construction equipment. Also tried calling and they didn’t answer, and it was well before closing time. Ended up going to the enterprise on 27th, where they were rude, but at least got me in a vehicle.
