The dealership sales part is amazing however the service is what has made me not want to recommend you to others. My clutch has been replaced twice within months and there was no reason it should of been. I feel they just want more money. So they do whatever to get it

Bought a Traverse from Beardmore, even purchased the extended warranty which I was told would cover a tire repair or replacement. That was a lie! Was also told that I would be able to use a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was in for service. I have had to fight for one every time I have been in and now I'm being told that they don't even offer loaner vehicles anymore. I do NOT recommend dealing with Beardmore unless you want to be screwed over!

Everything with the purchase and the processing went wonderful. Very helpful with explaining to us the extended options to purchase with our vehicle. Would definitely recommend Beardmore with our experience so far.

Sales team has been wonderful…however when we initailly purchased our vehicle we were told by Alyssa in Finace that EVERYTHING would be covered under warranty (plus we purchased the extended warranty)…including replacing rotors and the rusted drums…i was instructed to take my vehicle to ANY certified mechanic and it would be fixed. took time off work to get the brakes fixed and the coverage was denied. it took 2 months and many many unanswered emails, and phone calls to finally get an appointment scheduled. I take another day off work and I bring the car in and was told it would be roughly 3 hours from drop off to completion. After 2 and half hours of waiting in the guest lounge i was told by the service technician that finance just brought over the paper work that approves the brakes to be fixed! So here we are waiting for another 3 hours!

Great experience , always professional both in service and dealership. Repeat customer, repeat referrer and will keep coming back

So far it's been okay. I wasn't impressed being stuck with a sub compact Nissan Versa from the rental car company they partnered with due to lack of communication between the dealership and Hertz Rent-a-car.

They worked in a timely manner, Joey Johnson was so helpful as was everyone else, I couldn’t remember all the names. Everyone was very helpful

Shout out to Vicki! Called her from Sioux Falls, SD. Told her I wanted a Chevy Bolt, she set me up with a better deal instantly better than Billion Auto here in town. I drove down same day right after work. She was organized, had everything set up and ready to go when I got there. We connected instantly. Super informative on the vehicle. Thank you to her higher staff for helping me out as well. The finance guy, Dustin, knew his stuff! He happily answered all of my questions, even if he had to repeat himself and explain it differently. I'm so happy I went there. Thank you, sooo much!

Lyle was wonderful. He was an advocate for myself. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would def come back for the experience.
