Beardmore Chevrolet continues to provide outstanding service and value. Stacy is always friendly and knowledgeable. My oil change service was fast and convenient. Keith performed the service and is always very careful and considerate. Because the of the entire Beardmore Dealership, I NEVER go anywhere else for service or parts!

I was from out-of-town with a car issue the week before Christmas. They were able to get me in within 48-hours and had me fixed in an hour or so. Not only that, the people I dealt with were all fantastic--friendly, helpful, empathetic. I also love the texting feature, using texting for both updates and as a way to communicate with my team. All in all, I could not imagine a better experience.

I will never buy another vehicle from Beardmore Chevy in Bellevue ever again. We bought a used car that they stated passed safety inspection. During the test drive we were taken on a road that had enough bumps to hide brake issues that became obvious the very next day. When I went in to finish up signing paperwork the next morning I brought the issue up. The finance guy told me “well the brakes passed safety inspection so they’re probably just settling for being replaced. But I’ll find out and let you know”. I’ve had my brakes and rotors replaced before and them “settling” isn’t something that should cause the steering wheel to shake and your brake petal to pulse. I didn’t appreciate that response but accepted that they would call me back. Never received a phone call. I called a week later and was given a run around until I stated that I had zero issue making this a legal problem. They said they would get me into their service department. Lo and behold after getting the brakes inspected it needs new rotors and brake pads for the front of the car. They told me it’s an “as is car” and they won’t pay for it. You’re telling me that after a week that these brake issues just magically appeared and it had no issue passing inspection? Absolutely not. I don’t appreciate being lied to and I for sure don’t appreciate how they handled this situation. Absolutely not okay. And before you decide to respond, you can go ahead and save the “we’re sorry for your experience” and “we do not find this behavior acceptable”. Come up with better service solutions.

Had an awesome experience purchasing my brand new Colorado! Alex Baker was an awesome salesmen and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase every step along the way! Amanda Trout was my finance manager with the deal and she was also very thorough with me and making sure I was very informed on every step along the way! Would highly recommend anyone in the market to give this a visit and for sure to get ahold of those 2!

Terrible communication… we dropped our truck off on Thursday for an appointment at 9am. We called all day to be told we would be next.. right before closing, we called again and was told the technician left for the day and didn’t get around to working on it. Fast forward to Friday, we get an email with the diagnostics results.. we had to call the dealership and ask questions. Was told it would be finished later in the day. Right before closing again, WE had to call and find out it was ready for pick up. No one called to communicate anything, we had to.

We had the unfortunate situation which caused us to look for a new car for my wife. We did not have a trade in and we had our own financing. I called dealerships in Omaha, Council Bluffs, Sioux City, Des Moines and even Sioux Falls. All the dealerships were charging a "market value adjustment" or charging 3 to 5 thousand dollars over window sticker. Some even told me that since I was not local or used them for financing or had a trade in that they couldn't sell us a car. Then I remember my experience I had with Philip at Beardmore Hyundai and decided to call them.. My wife found a car on the website and I called them up and transferred me to their Chevy dealership. Lea was super helpful and great to work with. She answered our questions and made us feel welcome. Even when we went back to the finance department. They offered the extra protections but did not push it on us. They offered and when we declined they accepted it without arguing with us about it. Overall the experience with Beardmore has been fantastic. They found my wife a vehicle she loves and did not pressure us in anyway. Even with being two hours away, we WILL be longtime customers because of employees like Philip and Lea. So all of you at Beardmore. Thank you! You all rock!

Todd was very accommodating from the start of the process. He was prompt, professional, and patient which made for an easy car buying experience. DJ was very helpful with the financial side of the house before I even stepped foot in the dealer. Finally Louis made sure the paperwork and final financial actions were quick, understandable, and organized. Overall, everyone was very kind and professional. Everything I was told was exactly how it was in reality. Very appreciated

One of the BEST dealerships around. I've bought cars from several dealerships in the area and this has been the MOST transparent with all of the numbers, accident history, and service history of vehicle I was buying, and I didn't even have to ask. From start to finish I never felt that I was a burden on anyone assisting me and was always asked if I had any questions. Probably the only place I'll shop from now on!

Overall best experience I've had buying a vehicle. Joey did a great job on finding me a used truck. It meets all my needs. The whole staff was very friendly. The Finance process went great and Alyssa explained everything very well. They both stayed late and made sure I got in that truck. Best service I have experience. Top notch both deserve raise.
