Junk, unreliable, liars. The list goes on and on. Bought a used certified pre owned Silverado 1500. Same year of buying the pos, got a new engine and transmission installed. Kept having problems with the truck for two years. If it wasn’t one thing it was another. Every time getting my truck back they said they fixed it. Mile down the road it would start doing the same thing and flashing the same dash lights. 2 years of paperwork of owning the truck. Lesson learned, not to step foot back on Beardmore.

I took my truck in because my auto cruise, lane departure and auto high beams stopped working. Dropped my truck off for an appointment on Tuesday 8/9/22. Called Wednesday to check on status, they had only driven it Wednesday to confirm what I said wasnt working. Diagnosed to problem on Thursday and ordered a camera and was supposed to give me a quote for a new windshield, which I never revieved. Part came in Monday 8/15/22, installed Tuesday. Called me Wednesday 8/16/22 about windshield and looked upp that I have the extended coverage on my windshield so there is no cost to me which they ordered after insurance aproved the payment which was Thursday 8/17/22. Windshield did not come in untill Tuesday 8/23/22, windshield tech not there till Thursday, 8/25/22. Truck was done on Thursday buy I wasn't able to pick my truck up till Friday. So they had my truck for 2 1/2 weeks to fix a camera and a windshield. Had the looked at the truck day of my apointment, they could have ordered both parts Tuesday and had my truck done by Friday 8/12/22. They blamed shortage of techs, then call me and reschedule the appointment. Why have an appointment if you are going to take 3 days to look at the truck. And shipping companies, only they didnt order parts right away, one was after they had the truck for 3 days and the other part thay had the truck for a week and 3 days. They had my truck for 18 days! If I didnt have a second car I would have been screwed.

We recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Caden at Beardmore. He had the vehicle ready to go when we arrived, he gave us a rundown of the vehicle's history and was very straightforward answering our questions. If you're looking for a new or preowned vehicle I would reccomend this dealership.

Worst customer service experience in the service department I’ve ever encountered at a Chevy Dealership. Never got an alert that my vehicle was ready, I had to reach out to the maintenance department myself even though on my receipt it said to contact when completed. It took them two hours to change windshield wipers. Terrible customer service from beginning to end. I also misquoted on pricing for the service I had done but at this point I just didn’t care about it being off, I just wanted to leave.

The sales team was vey upfront with pricing Extremely helpful didn’t over promise but definitely over delivered. The team is awesome and I would definitely purchase from them again. And definitely recommend them to anyone

Came in for only an oil change at 8:00 A.M. and ending up not leaving until 9:30 A.M. An oil change does not take an hour and a half. Then when I left my tpms light came on and was not reading any tire pressure from my front tires. Called them back and was told “well it’s just a coincidence, it tends to happen when you get your tires rotated” and I told the lady I was only in for an oil change. Came back and had to talk to someone else who wasn’t in service to get my tpms sensors reprogrammed to my car. Had a tech walk out and when he finished he just walked away and never said I was good to go. Absolute terrible service and will never be going back.

I was happy with the fast service and easy appointment but I'm curious why my wife dealer ship will 100% of the time wash her car with any service plus I have a co-worker that gets his truck vacuumed and washed with his service. It would be really nice if Beardmore would do that as well.

Bought a used car two years ago, they delivered it to my house. After driving it my wife found a few issues specifically the heated seat not working and the running boards not being attached to the car. After two years they finally fixed the heated seat but said the running boards were not covered, could have been installed by anyone. I can see the pictures that I bought the car with that they were installed. To be clear, the delivering of the car to my family was not prompted by me the salesman pushed and said he could deliver it for us, he is my cousin. After he left the company I couldn't get anyone to call me back. He never gave me the impression that due to him delivering it beardmore was unwilling to address issues. My family and company will never shop at beardmore again. The follow up with this company is atrocious.

Was in for an oil change, tire rotation, & new wiper blades. I waited in the waiting area. After seeing that my vehicle appeared to be done for awhile, I went to see why I had not been notified. Long story short, my keys had been sent home with another customer! After another long wait, my keys were returned. I paid my bill with NO compensation for the 3+ hour wait. When I went out to get in my car, I noticed a scratch on the driver's side that was NOT there at arrival. After over 10+ years of being a Beardmore customer, and purchasing my 2020 vehicle from them, I seriously doubt I will be back. And I will no longer be recommending them to friends and family.
