they took couple days to get it done didint check mu battery when i picked it up they said it need it charging i told them i bought that battery last october at beardmore chevrolet mow i have to take it back again and leave mu truck there for one day not very hapy

Great experience, found the car I wanted and they immediately started the process over the phone and e-mail, no pressure to buy any unneeded warranty’s or market adjustments. Very smooth and quick process, they even had the car charged when I arrived from Kansas City. Lea was great!

By far Joey Johnson was the best salesman I have ever talked to. He knew what he was talking about and he made the process so simple and FAST! I hates coming to a car dealership, because in the past I have had experiences where we spent WAY too much time there. Where the salesman couldn't answer questions properly. NOT JOEY! All of the people I worked with at Beardmore Chevrolet were very helpful and nice. They were able to work with me long distance to get most of the legwork done prior to arrival, cutting down the time spent signing paperwork. This was on top of them selling vehicles at MSRP, giving them a leg up on others adding ridiculous markups. Given how well the front of the house behaves and operates, it's a shame that I live too far away to make visiting the service department viable. I'd like to think that they would also be very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to vehicle maintenance.

Had a great and entertaining experience buying a used vehicle at Beardmore Chevrolet. Our salesman contact was a fantastic guy by the name of Joey Johnson. He had to pull double duty that day , but still made us feel as if we were the only clients he was working with. Always made sure we were comfortable and kept us in the loop, even provided us with the beverage of our choice from Scooter's. All in all, time well spent; and we got a great deal on the vehicle we went to check out. Thanks Joey.

I scheduled an appointment with the service department and when arriving, I informed the service writer that I had to be gone in an hour for a funeral. He said it would get taken care of. 20 minutes later, my vehicle still hadn’t been moved back to be looked at and when I realized it wasn’t going to get handled I asked for the GM, the “GM” Chris thought it was quite funny that I had a funeral to go to and walked off like it didn’t matter. I insisted on the keys to my vehicle back and while waiting on my keys I requested a call from the owners and still haven’t heard from them either. I guess they’re ok with how their team operates in their absence with how they treat a grieving family. I will NEVER go back and do any business with them and will always direct my friends to go anywhere but there to do any type of business in the market.

Added in a $586 accessorie charge to a used vehicle that was sold as is. They did not mention it once. When I made my first loan payment, I noticed the charge, checked my paperwork, and sure enough it was added by the financer and never mentioned by the sales person.

Got right in and solved the issue that same day. I thought it could be worse but it was not. Everyone was friendly especially the lady at the desk who was a New England Patriots Fan. She gets an A plus!!!!
