I work for an apartment complex on the south end of town and frequently call to check averages on apartments for our residents. The staff has been very helpful and very friendly when we call and it is so appreciated.

their website sucks. If you think you have autopay set up it will just turn off and they'll shut your power off without warning.

Why do Les alway's want to raise folk's electrice bill up all the time!!! Lincoln need other's company's here to offer service to the city of lincoln....I hope that other company come in service the city.I was told by someone that work for Les that it is a public own company if that was true...Les wouldn't be able to raise up people electric bill all the time.And if the public have part ownership then everyone that have service Les should get a 5%interest check a month...Les are legalized crook's taking from the poor to give to the rich!!!!!

Felt compelled to leave a review after seeing so many bad ones. Been a customer for 15 years and never had a problem. Not saying others experiences are invalid, just not had the same problems.

I traveled, for a month, everything was turned off, yet received a $54 bill. Called them it's pretty much their word against yours. I have to pay for something I didn't use.
