Great position, but hotel is not that great. Service is slow and not really friendly, elevators are really slow and sometimes they broke. Room was ok, but the bathroom could be really better. Air condition was really noisy

Our stay at The Graduate in Lincoln was wonderful! The hotel had a super retro feel with great amenities despite COVID restrictions. Four stars given because breakfast wasn’t included and we didn’t know we had to make a week in advance reservations to play indoor golf. Our room was comfortable with an awesome retro feel. We had an awesome view of Memorial Stadium! (HUGE PLUS IF YOU’RE A HUSKER FAN LIKE I AM!) Guest parking was convenient and super nice to have included in our stay. The exit card scanner didn’t work while we stayed at the hotel so we had to use the intercom system to leave the parking garage.

Very friendly staff oh, and a very very nice building. The room I was in had an upscale retro look, but had all of the best Creature Comforts. I honestly would give it four and a half Stars, but that is not an option. My only complaint is that they do not run the bar and restaurant that is advertised as being part of the facility, the bar closed early and I was unable to use it, and the breakfast stop serving early and I was unable to utilize it. But I would gladly stay there again, I would just not count the Bar / restaurant as part of the hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Truly the worst check-in and start to a hotel stay I've ever had, and that includes places that cost far less than their going rate of $150-200/night. Elevators did not work (at all) so had to go up and down the 13 floors to our room. Once at our room, the battery for the door key reader was dead so we were unable to get in. Had to walk down all the stairs again to talk to the front desk who said they would send maintenance up. After 1hr, maintenance was unable to fix the door so we had to go back down and ask for another room. Finally managed to get into a room 1.5hrs after check in. The decor is cute, but doesn't make up at all for the hassle. The front desk staff initially just seemed exasperated but eventually even they agreed it was a mess and agreed to refund our room. The next day when we checked out we had to remind them that our room would be re-funded and since we had booked through hotels.com they said it would be issued through that website. Not shockingly, as I pay my bills now I see it was never refunded and will be spending even more time on this goose chase to get my money back.

We've stayed here 3 times in the last year alone so we knew where things were but this was our last stay, it was awful. Not enough space below to list everything. Redeeming factor: Single Barrel & proximity to Haymarket.

Very cute decor, it was a lot of fun. The pool was great and,a though the shallow end was 4 feet deep so families with small children might have a harder time. The bathroom amenities were high quality and smelled great. The onsite restaurant was very good

The Valet services were amazing and he was very respectful and kind. The workers at the graduate were very accommodating to my needs and were always friendly towards me and my family. Very much recommend this hotel.

Bed was super comfy, towels were fluffy... room was very eclectic (loved it) but there was no hot water in the sink, the toilet barely worked and the reception to the TV kept going out. Front desk staff was very nice, food at hotel was exceptional. I'd stay again if they get the TV and bathroom situation straight

The graduate is a great spot to stay when in Lincoln. They have super comfortable beds and the Cornhusker theme is awesome!
