Fun hotel. Theme went all the way to the room wallpaper and decorations. Staff helpful for food and entertainment recommendations. Wifi spotty

Visited to participate in the Nebraska State Games. We do not plan to book a room here again. The minimal service set the stage for the very first time we have "run-out" of toilet paper at a hotel. Before booking our room for the evening, I called the hotel to ask questions - specifically about the pool b/c we have children who love to swim at hotels. The custimer service representative assured me they did indeed have a pool so we set off and booked. Upon arrival the front desk personnel informed us that they did have a pool but that it was broken. My children were disappointed but we called another hotel, the Embassy Suites in Lincoln, NE that let us use their pool. It's the only hotel I've been in where you can't access the main floor from the stairs which was confounding and annoying. The positives: The dinner and bar service was wonderful. The room was clean and the location of the hotel was central to our needs.

My stay personally was ok. But my boyfriend who was the one paying for the room and booking it , had a horrible experience. But just to clarify it was w the amenities not the customer service. Although we don't visit often, we will probably never stay again. The extra $200 hold on his cc, the air conditioner didn't seem to work, no cable all weekend, and having to pay so much extra for parking. It was just alot of stress for someone trying to relax on their vacation.

This hotel is double dipping on NE football game days. They allow teams to stay in rooms until 4pm and let new people check-in at 7pm!! All for the inflated price of $300 because it’s game day. No prior communication. Advertised rooms w/ check-in of 4pm.

Graduate Lincoln is awesome! The staff was very friendly and courteous! They really went above and beyond the call of duty! The decor is retro and done very well! Love the old school stand up arcade games!! The bedrooms are done retro as well! Love it all! Thank you Graduate Lincoln!! GBR!!

I booked a hotel room here a couple months back for a stay in September and was informed yesterday that we would not be able to check in until 7:00 pm due to a large group checking out late at 4:00 pm. This changed our original plans so I asked if there would be any discount applied due to the inconvenience. They told me they were sorry to inform me that they do not offer discounts for late check ins. Quite interesting since the late check in was due to other customer’s plans. I decided $265 for one night when we couldn’t check in until 7:00 pm (not by our choice) wasn’t worth it so canceled the room and will find somewhere else to stay. How disappointing!

We LOVED it here! Rooms were cute, staff was kind, views were awesome. The only complaint was that there isn't a complimentary breakfast and since the price is high, that kind of sucks. But, other than that it was an awesome stay!

Stayed here for a few days for a work trip. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom space was a bit tight. Staff were exceptionally helpful! Food and drinks in the restaurant was great! Within walking distance of the Haymarket area so very convenient for restaurants and drinks.

Conveniently located, reasonably priced in the Haymarket entertainment district of Lincoln. Easy walk to all kinds of restaurants. Felt welcomed in June by staff wearing T-shirts with the hotel name in rainbow letters plus rainbow balloons and decorations. Coffee amalgams all day, but with 105 degree temps, we washed they had made cold drinks absolutely, too. Great view from our to floor room.

Beautiful! Staff is amazing! Beds are kinda stiff, but we had a wonderful time.
