I recently traded my 2016 Tacoma for a 2018 F 150 STX Super Crew Cab. I loved the Tacoma but needed the extra space in the back seat as our family had recently grown. Sam made the process painless. I was offered top trade-in value, a fair purchase price, a freshly washed/dried vehicle and even walked away with a couple of complimentary oil changes. The financing department did everything they could to get the payments for the remaining balance into a very comfortable range. I highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are looking for big city deals with a small town, low pressure shopping experience.

We shopped at many different Ford dealerships and Hastings Ford was the only dealership that had what we were looking for in a Bronco Sport. Clayton, our salesman, was AWESOME! On the test drive he showed us all the features and even helped us sync up our phone to the vehicle after the purchase. I love this small town dealership.

I purchased a used vehicle from Hastings Ford Wes- was my sales representative. He and the finance department worked hard at getting me the lower interest rate that I requested. Ultimately we came to an agreement on the interest rate. the truck was priced right so I did not even have to haggle with price from the get-go. After having the truck for a week my check engine light came on I communicated with Wes. he and the dealership manager agreed to take a look at the issues. Ultimately they found the issues that they originally thought they fixed. They went through the truck and fixed everything on the vehicle that was related at no cost to me. I was always treated with respect, very honest and good dealership to do business with. Chris in the service department was very professional and keep me up-to-date throughout the process. I will continue to do business with Hastings Ford in the future.

We drove 2.5+ hours one way from Iowa to Hastings because they had the best price for the type of truck we were looking for.
