I started my car search online but decided to take a peak at this dealership. I found a couple lovely SUVs but wasn’t sold on either. I checked out other dealers that were overpriced in comparison to Hastings Ford. A day after my visit my car salesman, Sam, reached out to say he had another SUV that might interest me. I ended up coming back & leaving with a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium the same day, glad he was my salesman!

Dropped my truck off and picked up loaner to get rear brakes done on Tuesday afternoon. Here it is Friday afternoon and still no word from them. I went down there and they said they are working on it. So 3 days to get a set of brakes done with all parts on hand, sorry that is the worst service and communication ever. Never again.

I searched the Hastings Automotive web site looking for a new or used F150 to replace a 10yr old F150. I found several options available and ultimately picked a new 2022 truck. Carlos was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions quickly and when we started negotiating on final pricing he was fair. The Management and Finance Staff were also professional to work with. Overall a great experience!
