I worked with Jasmine Heil at Hastings Ford in Minnesota on building my new Ford Maverick. This was my first time ever building a vehicle the way I wanted it and her first build. You wouldn't know it. She was very informative and what she did not know she found out for me. She replied to my text messages with my many questions and never made me feel bad. She and Bruce are the reason I will buy my next vehicle from them when my next Nissan lease runs out. Great experience. Can hardly wait until my Ford Maverick arrives. Thanks!

Great experience getting my transfer case fixed. They found the cause very quickly, got the part in ahead of schedule, and made the fix promptly.

My experience was great and ran smoothly. I had previously sent an online inquiry to view an F150, got a phone call back a couple hours later, before they even were open for business. Stopped by to check the truck and Clayton met us at the door and was very friendly and helpful. He is very Knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He even offered to make house calls if the F150 I purchased needed something looked at. Gary and Dan were also both very helpful with my new transition of being a first time truck owner! Definitely glad I shopped at Hasting Ford!

The Hastings Ford team is great! The service dpt. Made sure my car was safe for me and my infant son, after a different shop has severely messed up an oil change. I was afraid there may have been some engine damage. But everything is OK. They go over everything possible on the safety check. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication.
