Texas Roadhouse

Nothing better than having great quality steak, great tasting,with a very good waitresses. The atmosphere is great as well a excellent place for great quality,tasting steaks

The waiter was very friendly, he made sure to check our table and kept our drinks full. the food tasted good. The only issue I had with the food was it was a touch on the salty side for my personal liking but it wasn't bad.

This place had horrible service!!!!! We never got any rolls (or were we offered any). My chicken fried steak was burnt tasting. The waitress acted like she didn't want to be there and that we were an imposition. My mom had to ask for her mushroom topping two or three times before she remembered to bring it. Her beer took half the dinner before it arrived. I was charged for the more expensive replacement entree with no apology or anything. It was very disappointing. I tried reaching out online and no response.

Dining out here is great but it takes a bit for the food to come. Cant blame them they're busy lots of times

We arrived early and were seated clear back in the corner. The food arrived at several different times. The chili was cold and the ribs were burnt. My wife’s food was fine. This is the second time I have gotten less than satisfactory food.

It wasn’t busy: no wait like the other TR restaurants who usually have on a Friday night. I ate all the rolls and still was waiting on our non alcoholic drinks. The same appetizer showed up to our table multiple times even after informing the employees, we did not order an app. The app was then pushed onto the table next to us. It was quite humorous to the other table considering they watched the app come to our table multiple times. It was like the app needed a home! “ I’ll be a good app, I swear!” My salad didn’t come out and I had to ask for it after the entree arrived. Something about it was sent to the to go area. My entree was over cooked and looked like it had been rode hard and put up wet. 😬 I tell ya, it’s seen some things. I would not eat it. The manager did remove it from the bill. I tasted the ribs and the ribs were good and something to consider reordering another time. We ran out of drink and had to ask for more drink. The person I had with me had throat surgery years ago so it is imperative to have a beverage available during the meal. When it was time to pay: we waited, and waited, and waited. At one point we thought to swap out wait numbers with the witch doctor but we couldn’t pull the look off as well as Beetlejuice. The server finally came back with the credit card and told us he was in the bathroom. That alarmed us a bit, our service was bad, however, the server seemed…. Not okay. We attributed our poor service to the server possibly having a bad day. But if he was in the bathroom that long……… In the words of Piglet,”oh d-d-dear.”

The food was good. Not the best. Room for improvement on bringing it out to the table hot. But the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Will give it another try

Steak was cold, fries were soggy, never got dinner rolls until midway through eating our entrees, my wife's sides didn't come until she was almost done with her entree. Server was attentive but slow. Will not go to this location again.

Awsome Steaks done to perfection with great flavor. Try the 8oz Dallas filet medium with backed potato and salad. Delicious!!

I am a major fan of Texas roadhouse and we just got our hands down worse service ever! our drinks didn't come until the meal got there. our waitress made eye contact w me twice and walked right by as I waivwd her down. and I think the hands down worse was the incompetent cook and manager that followed... ordered medium rare and the ENTIRE steak was red not pink extremely undercooked... the Mgr then proceeded to have the steak put back on the grill... not even sure that's health code acceptable and get it back borderline leather... one extreme to the other... and I'm not looking for anything free but they didn't even try to offer any d8scount as I barely ate my porterhouse because by time I got it my wife was done eating... I will never... never... never step foot back in that texas roadhouse
