Texas Roadhouse

Food and service were great, waitress even asked and brought me another cup of coffee without me asking for it, been along time since that's happened

The Grand Island site was just okay. I have been a patron of the Bangor, Maine site for years, and get the same order each time. The margarita was fine, although the new style of salt is unappealing and the black salt is off putting. The vegetables of the kabobs were as expected. The meat was a disappointment. The pieces that were used were way too small to allow for a medium rare cook and were beyond even a medium. The few pieces that were larger hit the mark. Overall, I will probably look for other restaurants when I return to Grand Island.

Normally I love everything about Texas Roadhouse but this particular one disappointed me. The front staff was not very friendly and they did not have any rolls for over an hour. That was the one thing I really wanted. Overall, food was okay but lacked its usual Texas Roadhouse standards.

Our food was very good, and the server was responsive. I had chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes. Fried pickle appetizer. That was wonderful.

I travel and dine all over the country. Many times at texas roadhouse. This one here was the worst experience ive had at any of them. The hostess is very sarcastic and rude. The big one. And the manager looks like a homeless person running a restaurant. He is the worst skilled manager ive ever seen with the rudest manners. The food was bland and drinks were disgusting. The tomato juice was served off. I will never visit this place again. The lady behind me said the place is going down fast. No wonder, i could see that. Horrible restaurant this.

you always eat well there it is very delicious

Had a great experience here. The staff was exceptionally plesant and checked in frequently to make sure we were taken care of. Overall the food was good and we had a nice dinner.

We have a handicapped son so he's in a wheelchair. They had lots of other empty tables that would have been loads easier to place us at but nope, they placed us at the very back where the window felt like it was open or at least wasn't air tight to the cold evening almost winter atmosphere. Then my husband and I ordered the same steak, the same cook and everything. Mine came out pretty good. His came out with the complete different steak, thickness, cut, cook (we ordered med rare, it was WELL DONE) The waitress barely gave us 5 min with our food and was wanting to bring our check to get us out. From the start, we should have left with the placement we were put along with the burnt bread they gave from the start. Very very very unhappy and won't be going there ever again.

They were out of prime but our awesome waitress subbed a ribeye upon request. Steak was perfectly cooked. Love the rolls and cinnamon butter.

Went for a date. We had Alexis and she was the best server! Our food was phenomenal my date had never been there and he was still talking about our food hours later! Literally never disappointed with Texas Roadhouse.
