We very much appreciated the polite, and courteous young men that delivered our new refrigerator. They were very accommodating. Its refreshing to find such qualities in workers. We made the correct decision going to KEN'S APPLIANCES.

I had a great experience at KENS. The manager Meredith is amazing, she diagnosed an issue with my current washer ordered the part - after installing it, it was a swing and a miss. I called her back and let her know it didn't work we worked out a black Friday deal on a new washer, it was delivered the same day. The two team members that delivered and installed the washer were VERY courteous and professional, if this GE washer is what KENS says it is, they'll have a lifetime customer. I just got off the phone with Jessica to ask her to send me a copy of my receipt, she was so joyful and courteous, I asked "are you having a great day?" She said "why?" I told her it was because she was so upbeat, high fives to Jessica and the Ken's Appliance team!

They were prompt, honest, polite and even fixed an appliance that we had not originally talked about. I will and have recommended them to anyone that requires appliance service.

Lucas was a big help on finding the right appliance as well as getting us the right price! Customer service thru the roof!!!! 10/10 would recommend! No more trips to Omaha for appliances, Ken’s will definitely be getting all my business from now on!

Very kind deliverers. My dad bought me a stove for my birthday! Yay me. I am looking at getting a new fridge soon, too, and will definitely consider Ken’s. I know a few people connected with Kens and I think the world of them-you can’t ask for better. Have a great day!!!

We’ve used Ken’s for our appliance needs for many years. Recently we purchased an adjustable bed base and mattress. Meredith helped me through the process efficiently and with compassion. My husband was recovering from surgery. When the guys came to remove the old bed and set up the new bed, they were careful and efficient. It was all done in short order. They were so friendly and kind! My son recently bought furniture from Nebraska Furniture Mart. They dumped the stuff in the driveway! I’m thankful for Ken’s commitment to the customer! Buy local. Buy from Ken ‘s!

In the last year and a half we have bought a washer/dryer, refrigerator, upright freezer and a stove. Every purchase was a great experience. Lucas took great care of us. All of the staff was very friendly without being pushy. I highly recommend Ken's appliance for anything you might need.

My washer was acting up and I found Ken's did repairs. I was on their website and put my info in the chat feature at 6pm. Within minutes someone responded and set up a call for me. The technician was one time and showed me the cost of the repairs so.i could make an informed decision. I elected to buy a new one. I went to Ken's tent sale and found what I needed with no hassles. Great experience all around.

Fantastic service all around! Everyone there is great to work with from the sales floor to the delivery and installation! We don’t shop anywhere else for our appliances! We even purchased the most comfortable recliner! Thanks Ken’s!
