Fernando even checked with one of the largest dealers in the country with Nebraska Furniture Mart and found out this price was cheaper than nfm.

We came to ken,s this week and got a new dishwasher. Got a great deal. We were treated like family. They came out and delivered and installed the dishwasher. The techs were professional and very nice. If kens has what we need they are our go to place Its nice to have a place that still treats you like stores did in the 60,s. Thanks for another pleasurable experience.

The sales associate representative was friendly. He was knowledgeable and understood my needs. Ask for Ryker! Ken's had the washer and dryer in stock. Amazing deals on the laundry appliances and the 5 year protection plan! Plus the delivery and installation was fast. I had the service done in 2 days. We had a small hiccup but Ken's Appliances did an amazing job of taking care of it.

Saturday January 30th my wife and I were in your store and needed to buy a washer. Lila was amazing! She listened to what we needed and wanted and helped us find a great deal! I truly appreciate that we were not judged at all for who we are, even when she helped us pick out amd purchase a new bed also! Thanks for the great experience Lila! Ken's appliance is the best for price and quality. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. We received the best treatment on a Sunday afternoon and delivered with the peace of mind we purchased the right appliance for our family. I cannot sing their praises enough, with online and box store shopping. Quality customer service and employee's knowledge of the products is rare. This is not the case at Ken's they know what they are selling and make sure you are happy with your purchase. When installing in your home they go above and beyond to make sure they are installed correctly and take extra care to not leave scuffs are damaged to your home. They have gained our loyalty for any of our household appliances needs.

We bought a washer at Ken's today and were beyond satisfied with our purchase! We got a quality washer for a great price. They will be delivering, installing, and hauling our old washer away. We shopped around and no one could come close to the deal and service we got at Ken's! Meridith in sales was such a huge help and provided great info. They even helped us out on the price, in gratitude to health care workers!!! My better half is a nurse at CHI and we have been washing lots of loads of dirty scrubs! We felt frantic to replace our old machine. We couldn't be happier or more relieved that we stepped foot in this business for the first time today!

Our refrigerator was going out and we had bought a new one at Ken's Appliance, they couldn't deliver till the next week so my husband son and a friend went to pick it up, Luke stayed prepared the refrigerator, waited till they got there and helped loaded it up, Thank you Luke and Ken's Appliance, I will recommend you to everyone looking for appliances and furniture. Kens is amazing! Kristin and the staff are amazing! They have a great selection of appliances, and now furniture! I was treated like family from the time I walked in the door! Kens is also partnered with Planet Fitness here in Grand Island as the only recommended furniture & appliance store! I highly suggest checking them out! =)

We love Ken’s they are very helpful. Their customer service is top notch. We have family member’s who have been loyal customers for years that referred us. We will not shop anywhere else after this purchase.

We literally had less than hour left on our appliance warranty; had an issue that wasn’t necessarily covered, etc. Management absolutely bent over backward to take care of us, which was AWESOME. They had an incredible technician at our door two days later, and the process of resolving our issue was seamless. Rarely do you receive such wonderful customer care in a situation like ours..... I highly recommend Ken’s Appliance to anyone without hesitation. Clearly they take customer service very seriously and will do everything they possibly can to make the experience nothing but GREAT.
