Ken's

Ordered a fridge online elsewhere and after waiting weeks and getting the run-around decided to pay a bit more for a fridge from Ken's. They had it in stock and I was able to pick it up the next day. Service was excellent and they have a wide range of products.

My husband and I received excellent service at Ken’s. It was very relaxing and our questions were answered. They took great care of us when there was a mix up with the order after we got home. In less than 15 minutes after calling -Everything was straitened out with ease.They assured us it would get taken care of. We’ve purchased several items and will continue to do so. Best prices as we had shopped around. The best “ mom and pop” friendly faces close to home!

Awesome customer service! Called went to see stove and they delivered within a week. It works great! We will be back once get a house for more appliances and furniture. I would recommend Ken's Appliances!

Easy buying process. More importantly, I was so pleased with the crew who delivered my appliance. They were friendly, courteous and professional. I was especially impressed with the care they took with delivery - coming prepared with rugs and tools to ensure my house was protected the entire time. Job very well done!

Our dishwasher quit working and Ken's was there. They helped us get the right one for the right price. They were quick and kind. This isn't our first GREAT experience. We also bought our washer and dryer from them. All our experiences have been superb!

Product quality is great (Electric love seat) Staff at Ken’s is great and very patient when I called about date of delivery ( Covid era of manufacturing Delays of raw materials and labor). I have never been disappointed by Ken’s.

We bought several appliances from kens and they are awesome to work with. Our new fridge stopped working and after calling Ken’s they sent Jake out to fix it and Jake was awesome right from the start. Jake was 10 minutes early which was a first for me and he was beyond professional and fixed the fridge in no time and had it back to better than new. Jake cleaned up after he was done and was great to visit with while he worked. We will for sure be buying all of our appliances from Kens from here on out!!

Meredith and the team at Ken’s are always so knowledgeable and friendly. We have purchased 2 Kitchen suites from them in the last 4 years and we are always so impressed with their knowledge and service. They’re flexible and so easy to work with. I know when I walk into Ken’s that I’ll be getting the best service, no matter who I deal with. We love choosing products from them because they back them 100% and their service department is also very knowledgeable and great to work with. We have purchased appliances, as well as furniture from Ken’s, and we are very happy with the quality and features of all of our items. Thanks for all you guys do!
