Ken's

As always, Ken's and their staff were extremely helpful when our old washer/dryer combo decided to die. We were able to find the new unit we needed through text message. So convenient! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new appliance. Their service team and sales staff are top notch. You won't be disappointed.

First off, if you need help with your appliance purchase, stop by Ken's and ask for Lucas. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive visit and his commitment to the customer is something you rarely find in the sales process these days. He is knowledgeable about his products and helped us quickly make a selection that met and exceeded our needs. It's refreshing to see someone in sales that goes beyond being an order taker and is actually a sales professional. Ken's has been phenomenal to us this year. Even during the trying times in 2020, they have had exactly what we needed despite supply chain issues. Beyond the great selection and fair pricing, there is no replacement for their customer service. They have gone out of their way to ensure that we got what we needed and when we needed it (immediately in both cases this year).

I got a washer from Ken's a few days ago. Meridith helped me pick out the perfect one for my family and we has it scheduled to deliver the next day without insulation because they were so busy. When the deliver guys showed up they insisted they had enough time to hook it up for me. They got my old one out and new one hooked up quickly and quietly. I was super impressed!!

I was very impress by the service I received at Ken's Appliances. The salesmen I worked with were very knowledgeable and worked with me to get me exactly what I was looking for. The delivery and installation process was a breeze and they did a great job.

I went to every furniture store here in town and this is by far the best organized and selection. Took me two days and three visits to take it all in and decide what I wanted. The staff was patient with me and more than helpful. The one name I remember out of the three that helped was Luke. Really professional and went over all the details to get me on my way. I didn't get the other two employees names but they did a professional job to make sure I had all my questions and concerns taken care of. I am not the easiest customer to please but they didn't disappoint. Will be back soon to replace my sofa. Thanks again.

We have purchased all of our major appliances from Ken’s. If they weren’t great to work with, that would not have been the case. We have been very happy with our purchases and with their service.

We will always return to Ken's for future furniture, mattress or appliance purchases. We had an issue with our expensive mattress after 4 months from purchase. Ken's had it checked out in a timely manner. The mattress was replaced at no cost to us and no hassle. It's a pleasure doing business with Ken's. Their management and employees are awesome.

Had Jake come to my house and work on different stuff over the years. He goes above and beyond on everything. Would highly recommend him for all your appliance repairs. Thanks Jake!!!

They sent a sericeman to fix the dishwasher, The technician (Mike) was such a good guy, friendly, got right to the issue and didn't mind that it was scheduled for weekend.
