Hampton Inn Grand Island

Excellent staff! Anita was a real bright spot beginning with securing an early check-in for us, especially on the heels of a stressful event & terrible service & treatment from a competitor. Everyone at Hampton was cheery & pleasant. The GM, Theresa, was helpful & fun to chat with. Breakfast was extensive & delicious. Our room was spotless & comfortable. Given our circumstances, Anita set us up for late check-out as well. They made a lousy situation as pleasant as possible & we are grateful. We WILL be staying at Hampton, Grand Island again. Well done, Theresa & staff!

My girlfriend and I were traveling back home and stayed here for one night. Maddie was our front desk associate, and she was nothing short of amazing. Also the room as usual far exceeded our expectations. I had laundry to do, and Deb was very gracious in giving me quarters so that I would not have to go to the ATM. We stay at various Hilton properties, but the overall experience here was absolutely the best by far. I cannot say enough great things about this Hampton Inn. If we had not been pressed for time, we would have LOVED to have stayed here for several more days....

This Hotel - wonderful staff...impecibly clean rooms...delicious breakfast...we used this hotel everytime. Housekeeping should be applauded for keeping this hotel as clean as it is everytime weve stayed here. 5 stars yall Great job!!!!

They say pet friendly ... for a 50 dollar fee! 5 star hotels don't even charge that much. Be careful.

The room was clean and comfortable. It's located close to eating places. Our breakfast was advertised as a hot meal, but due to COVID turned into a paper sack go to breakfast. However there was no option for diabetics, which made me go without breakfast. It was Thanksgiving and I needed to travel quite a way and all places were closed.

This hotel was a great value. We had two queen beds and a sofa and everyone slept comfortably. There's an indoor swimming pool, which was perfect after a long car ride. The room was quiet and I didn't hear any other people. Front desk was polite. I'd stay here again.

Great place- only wish it was closer to the highway, or had a charger for my EV.

Car problems meant an unexpected stay in Grand Island. The staff was very kind. I especially appreciated their pet policy, allowing my dog and I to stay in such a comfortable, clean room. The facilities were spotless, bed was very comfortable, and location was great. Nice area, near a small pond and field for walking my dog. Lots of restaurants, grocery store, and shopping within walking distance. It was such a relaxing stay, during a stressful time. We stopped and stayed again on our trip back home.

The room was infested with bedbugs it was the worst experience and more so in a hilton hotel, they apologized and changed my room but I couldn't sleep anymore, they also told me that the night was at the hotel's expense and it wasn't true they charged me . I will never return to that hotel and any Hilton hotel will give me a lot of distrust

The rooms are great. Walk in shower, king bed, and I love the layout of the rooms. The building is a little rough, with worn carpet in the halls, broken concrete at the ice machine, and a roof leak. The staff is super friendly, and they take care of what they can. Will be staying again.
