The room was clean. Beds and sheets where white and clean. And hot breakfast bar was great.

I have stayed here a number of times over the years and always feel so comfortable! Staff is so kind and patient with me as a lot of the times I’ve stayed, I’ve been traveling alone with 3 small kids. I am thankful for the hotel as a “home base” for me and my kids whole traveling to GI to see family. The staff is also so welcoming to my family members who often sit and enjoy some coffee in the lobby while waiting on me and my kiddos. Thank you guys!

Stayed here on our way back home from vacation. Everything was very clean and neat. The rooms were comfortable and we slept very well. Great location, close to stores and places to eat. The only thing missing was a place to sit outside, maybe a bench outside of the main entrance would be helpful and nice added touch.

The lady who checked me in 10/16/22 around 4pm was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. Nice clean room. Jasmine F., Diamond Member

Location was great. Breakfast was a step above. They had great coffee. Rooms were roomy and clean but on the wall it looks like a picture or tv was taken down. It should of been sparkled and repainted.

One of the older and more disappointing Hamptons I’ve stayed at. I stay at lots of these throughout the year and this location is subpar. I’m a Hilton Diamond member and they’re supposed to provide a snack and bottled water on check in, but claimed they don’t do that at this location. Room was dated and run down. Thermostat on the wall was nonfunctional and the AC was just a basic knob, no temp setting. Broken fixtures in the bathroom. Very low toilet. Breakfast was bad: undercooked potatoes and pale grey sausage. At least the employees were friendly, but I don’t think I’d stay here again.

We did not stay here but the reason for my 5 star review is that we called at 11:30 pm to inform them that due to the storm, we were stuck about 60 miles away. We had already checked into the room on the app. They cancelled and did not charge, were very helpful and friendly.

Warning: BED BUGS It's difficult to write this review because I was refunded the points used, but I feel it's important to let others know about our experience. When my family and I arrived at 6pm, we were checked in and issued two card keys like normal. We went to the 2nd floor to find our room, and upon entering, we found another hotel guest with the TV on and a suitcase open. Thankfully our 2 year old and 5 year old didn't see anything. The front clerk was not concerned with the mistake, and for the record never apologized. Lesson 1: ALWAYS use the inside door lock. After getting to our next room, we went for a swim - the pool is a bit dilapidated with lots of calcium buildup and some drywall missing on the ceiling, but the temp was nice. Later that night, after our kids had watched a little tv, I pulled back the sheets to tuck them in and found a BED BUG filled with blood just behind where the 5 year old was sitting. We checked the other bed a found a bed bug nymph. That was more than enough for us to get out of Dodge. We packed everything up, scanning for hitchhiking bugs along the way, and checked out at the front desk. This time, the clerk was pretty surprised and took my number for the manager to reach out (they never did). At 10pm, we went 45 minutes down the road to Kearney, NE and stayed at a wonderful Hampton Inn that redeemed our experience with the brand. Lesson 2: ALWAYS pull back the blankets and check for bed bugs before unpacking. For transparency's sake, I reached out to Hilton customer service to request a refund and they also comped the stay in Kearney, which I truly appreciate. But I have yet to hear from the Grand Island location, and we will never be staying there again.

We stayed one night as we were passing through on our cross country trip. There were about 10 dead bugs on the carpet. The carpet also looked like it had never been vacuumed or cleaned. I picked up all of the bugs, but I think making sure you vacuum the corners of the rooms would help eliminate all the dead bugs. Additionally our room’s windows and doors were open when we arrived which we soon discovered was to reduce the years of built up cigarette smoke smell. Overall pretty unclean and uncomfortable to stay. But if you need to sleep for a night it will do.

The front desk staff were all very nice and quick to assist. Sadly this hotel is extremely dated! Starting from the elevator I questioned I'd make it to the 4th floor. My room walls, ceilings and fixtures have not been changed since 90's it appears. I highly recommend putting some $$ into updating the rooms.
