Hampton Inn Grand Island

Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Staff is knowledgeable, polite, and hapoy. Breakfast is above average, especially for a Continental breakfast. The only complaint is that the fridge in our room was noisy and the a/c heater unit was run down and seemed to have two temps: hot and freezing. Great stay all around. Would recommend.

Great check in and appreciated being located near an exit door on the first floor since we had our dogs with us. The room was fairly outdated in decor but was clean. A year into COVID and the rest of the town being without restrictions, something other than breakfast bags should be offered.

The staff was very nice, esp Heidi. Found a used bar of soap in shower that housekeeping missed. 27 Mbps is decent internet here (it's $5 per day to access higher speed). Best thing here is their water pressure. Their Waterpik showerhead wasn't clogged and had better pressure than most other Hampton Inns.

The staff was very helpful, especially Amanda, the night manager. The couple requests we had of the cleaning staff were handled quickly with smiles. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot.

Great room, breakfast normal hotel buffet but it was opened early by the Inn keeper. Thank you.

The room was below average for the price charged, there were chunks of drywall missing on the wall and there was mold in the grout of the bathroom, but, the beds were comfortable. The coffee was so bad I didn't finish my first cup and the breakfast burritos were not tasty. The reception staff wasn't very friendly and house keeping was knocking on my door to clean at 8:30 am. To top it all off the one bell hop cart never showed up for use.

With such a respective, responsive and caring group of staff, you're very likely to forget all about the long journey or tough haul. A more than convenient place to rest for an afternoon or throughout the beautiful small town night. Highly recommended for those expecting a more than decent small town experience with a very friendly cast to welcome any and all.

Very nice hotel staffed by incredibly friendly people. We had car trouble on a cross country road trip and had to get the car worked on. They let us push back our check out time while we waited for the car and were very accommodating.

Beds And the bedding were really soft. My husband surprise me with the whirlpool in the room, and it was just what the doctor ordered. Being 7 months pregnant it was great for relaxation. The cleanliness of the room was immaculate! Customer service was great! Most likely will stay again.

I typically stay in a Hampton...consistently a great place to stay. Greeted in a friendly manner. Check in process very smooth. Reasonably priced too. Hot breakfast.
