One of the best hotel I ever been staff super nice good breakfast, very clean.Heidi evening staff very helpful , very professional, always with a big smile. Very polite. no complain Rosario she attended breakfast room super nice to I recommend Hampton inn to every body good investment

Rooms were dirty. Towel supply was inadequate. Breakfast was marginal. Work staff was not helpful. Room was in disrepair.

It's a Hampton. But clean, good staff, lots of restaurants nearby. Have stayed here 4 different years!

Pro: the staff is friendly and welcoming. Cons: Our room had ants really bad. The year before we had to wait for 30 min upon arrival because the room wasn't ready (two hours past check in time). Two years ago the elevator was broken and had problems with the whirlpool tub in the room. We won't stay here again after this track record.

We stayed two nights, August 10-11, 2021. I have stayed at this facility on several occasions over the last 20 years. Facility was nice and has undergone renovations. Room was comfortable. Public areas were comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and competent. I did not have 100% confidence in CoVID health/safety protocols in my room, public areas or in the breakfast area. In order to not just complain, I provided suggestions to management for improvement and hope changes are made so future travelers feel more comfortable than I did.

All was great except for the bathroom curtain needed to have the extension and the windows did not have the dark curtains.

The hotel was clean and over all well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well and made my room cold enough to sleep. The breakfast bar was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

Without going into too much detail our toilet was clogged. We told them about it at check in and gave them 5 hours to get it cleaned. We returned and it was NOT fixed. Short story long.... we ended up doing it ourselves after calling down and waiting another hour for maintainence to come up. After we fixed it he came and apologized saying he went to the wrong room the first time. Poor performance by this hotel. We were compensated but still poor service. We will NOT stay at the Hampton inn in Grand Island ever again. There are so many other options.
