I was visiting grand island and was on my way home. Gary's automotive for me in and changed my blower in no time and had me back on the road with it a few hours. So glad they got me in so I wouldn't freeze on my way home. Very nice people.

When my alternator went out in my truck on the way back to Colorado they were able to pull it right in and fix it so I could get back in the road. They treated me very well and the price was great. I would recommend them to any local or anyone traveling through. Thanks guys! -Steven

Went in for an alignment. After checking the car the mechanic came up and said it didn't need an alignment but he would get it figured out. Came back and the roads had been so muddy this spring that mud had accumulated on the inside of the tires and as it dried some had fallen off and the car drove like it was out of alignment. Thanks for the honesty and getting the tires cleaned out. Drives great again.

Gary, Vera and the automotive technicians in the back are always pleasant to work with. They will fix what's broken and will let you know if there could be any other issues that need to be taken care of. Oil changes are easy to schedule and is completed in a short amount of time. I will continue to do my automotive repairs and maintenance at Gary's Quality Automotive.

Our car broke down late at night on a Sunday, we called at 7:30 the next morning and they were quick about getting a tow truck to us. Vera was very friendly and courteous. The work was completed quickly and they went above and beyond to drop my fiance and I at Perkins for breakfast. I would highly recommend them if you ever break down in Grand Island.

My grandmother and I were passing through Grand Island NE. on our way to Oregon from Florida. My truck started acting up and losing power. I went to Ford and they said it was the spark plugs. Ford did not have time to change them. So my grandmother called Gary's and the lady that answered the phone (Mrs.Vera ) said she could not do anything until 1:30. We got there and was going to have the plugs changed. When one of the mechanics ( Caleb) drove the truck and had the computer doing the test he found out it was ALL 6 coil packs missing. So now the owner Mr.Gary, the rock star he is, is going to 3 different places to get the coil packs that go for my truck. They went above and beyond. Mrs. Vera called and helped us get a room for the night and another mechanic was able to bring my grandmother and me to the hotel. What amazing people!

I needed to get my dad's pickup going. It was an electrical problem with the brake lights and interconnection with the shifter. After several hours researching my problem and trying to shade tree mechanic myself, I called Gary's close to closing time. He said bring it in and we'll at least take a look at it in the morning. I dropped vehicle off after hours that night. I was shocked when Gary's called before 10 am the next morning to say the minor problem was fixed and I was ready to go. Thank you for treating me as a valued custome!!!
