Really great! I broke down on I80 and called AAA. The tow truck driver recommended Gary's so I went with it. They got me in immediately, somehow found the parts right away and I was back on the road within a couple hours. I checked with a relative who runs a repair shop in FL and what I was charged was right in line with what it should be. I highly recommend Gary's. I wish I knew the towing company AAA used because they were fantastic also.

Great history of the steam engine to the diesel engine error and the cars used with the steam engine, dining, mail, and items from that error.

My wife and I are moving from MA to CO. Yesterday evening, my car lost power on the interstate and AAA towed us to Gary’s. We pulled in after hours and were prepared to leave the car in the lot overnight. (Even though the neighborhood looks safe, we were nervous about doing this because we are moving all of our stuff ourselves and the car has lots of luggage both inside, and strapped to the outside.) At that moment Gary pulled up after hours, mentioned they had never had a problem with theft, and still offered (without being asked) to move the car inside the garage for the night. He inquired about our situation and promised to fit us in as early as possible. By 9 am they called and told us the car was ready. They did the minimum to get us back on the road and advised we have some potential long term problems checked out by another mechanic after we reach out destination. I really appreciate their honesty and hard work. Too bad we’re only passing through town, because I would like to continue to give them my business.

I was in a pretty tough situation - brought my van to the shop, and was told I had some expensive work needed done. I've known Gary a couple of decades now, and knew he was being straight forward and honest with me. Had the repairs done that he recommended. I have a '14 Town and Country, and had never seen gas mileage as good as I have been getting! Gary and his crew are good people, and great mechanics! I plan on going back with whatever vehicle needs I will have. Thank you Gary and crew!

Broke down on a cross-country trip; Gary and Vera were so kind and helpful in getting our vehicle fixed and back on the road. Definitely recommend them for anyone living in the area or just traveling. Fantastic and quick service.

Did not give price ahead of time. Common practice and still didn’t have courtesy to even apologize. Was forced to pay for something that was not quoted to me. Give your business to someone else that appreciates you. Horrible especially in times like these. Edit to add to the owners reply, still showing they don’t care about the issue! Go figure! I never said I didnt Want to pay for the service, I WANTED A QUOTE AND GIVEN A HEADS UP, you know MY CHOICE.

Very good service did exactly what I asked the price came in what they estimated . I really like the fact that the technician working on my pickup came and talk to me 1st to find out what was happening. You never see that type of service anymore really happy to find it at Gary's 1st time using them moving all my business to them

We are visiting from Canada and needed an oil service. Gary and his team were absolutely great to help us out. The most friendly service I have ever experienced. The whole staff helped us out with possible places to visit on our trip. If we lived here he would have our vehicles for any repair. Can’t recommend this shop enough.
