Comfort Suites

If your looking for a cheap dive to crash in this is the place. If your looking for a place for your family I would keep looking. Posted pics of air duct as you can see it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. And I wondered why my allergies bothered me. The other pic is of the bath tub. For some reason the center is sunk in creating a low spot that always holds water creating a slippery spot. I have slipped a couple of times while showering you don't expect a dip in a tub/shower. The room cleaning has gotten better with the new staff. Yes sadly I have been here that long travel for business.

Fire alarm 2 times in one night. Hotel has cleaning staff knock on doors starting right after 9 am to see if room is empty! So mo sleep then cleaning staff wakes us up at 9 am and hotel is ok with that. We traveled 18 hrs prior yo stopping and they wake us up 2 hours before check out to clean my room?? Never heard of a hotel being managed like this and Mgr thought it was acceptable 🤔

Recently stayed at this hotel. Very nice! Clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful. Shari at the desk was very helpful, as well as a former classmate. Breakfast was great and filling. Plan on staying again.

I was really disappointed. It's absolutely beautiful. The staff was nice but the beds were so stiff my husband and I both awoke aching. Pillows were also comfy. Breakfast wasn't much but lots of prepackaged stuff. The "fresh food" was not good either.

We were very impressed with our stay. Everything is new and . The room was quite large and very accommodating. That's were very comfortable and the staff was very nice. The free breakfast was quite good as well we would definitely recommend this place.

Everything was fantastic. Room was large, spacious, clean, and quiet. The suite had everything that you would need! Breakfast in the morning was wonderful as well. Will certainly stat again if in the area.

IT WAS the best place we have stayed.Not ANYMORE. We stayed in March. super clean. very nice people working. beds VERY comfortable. We stayed again in August. Cleaning staff walked in our room after knocking and announcing themselves AS they walked in on us. I called the front desk who called the owners and was told it was our fault because we didn't put the do not disturb sign out and lock the inside lock. We still had 3 hours before checkout and HAD NOT checked out. We will never stay there again. We planned on staying there on our way home but stayed elsewhere due to poor handling of our issue.

We stayed in a suite two nights... excellent room. Comfy beds. Very spacious, two TVs, one in sitting room, one in the bedroom, so that was nice since we had a toddler. My only issue was that the heated indoor pool wasn't very warm, neither was the hot tub, warm enough for some though I'm sure. Also, the floor around the pool gets very slick after it gets wet when you get out the pool/hot tub you have to be super careful, we about slipped and fell a few times on our way out to leave the pool area. My advice, bring pool shoes, and be super careful.

We have family in Grand Island, and we've stayed at several of the hotels in the city. This is the best hotel in Grand Island. It's also one of the more expensive Comfort Suites anywhere in America, but it's definitely worth it! Built in 2020, so it's fairly new as of this writing. Great location about four miles north of I-80 on Locust Street, across from a giant Walmart and near the State fairgrounds. Great beds, nice bathrooms with shower only, TV has about 100 channels. During our stay, hot breakfast was served, just not buffet style. Well-staffed hotel, from the front desk, to the food servers, to the housekeepers. And in this post Covid economy, a hotel that has enough staff is a rare thing.

Very new, clean, and comfortable. So glad we stopped. We are so glad we stayed here after a long day of driving.
