Clean rooms, comfortable bed. The tile on bathroom floor is VERY slippery, so beware. Great free breakfast.

I got the best price direct on the hotel’s website. Rooms were clean, updated and comfortable. Price fair and staff amazing.

Last minute reservation with 3 AM arrival. Highly impressed with the whole team from check in to check out. Rooms were very clean and bed was one of the best I've come across in a hotel. Really can't say enough about how great the staff was.

So I haven’t stayed here yet, but have to commend them for their customer service. My mom and I were planning a trip back to NE, but we’ve had to cancel a couple of times due to COVID…and they have been so gracious over the phone. We definitely plan to stay when we come to Grand Island. Update: we just stayed here for 2 nights and this hotel is great. Super clean, great service, comfy beds. Best place to stay in Grand Island, IMHO!

Could not be happier with our stay. The second we walked in, the woman at the front desk was friendly and kind. We were exhausted from traveling and she made it a point to get us a room in a very quiet corner of the hotel. Meant the world to us! Very nice and clean rooms. Beds and pillows are perfectly comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had LOTS of options. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

First off it's a newer hotel less than a yr old. By far the best hotel I've ever stayed in that I can remember. The lady behind the counter when I checked in was very prompt, courteous and professional. Breakfast this morning the gentleman met me with a smile and told me what they offered ( assuming due to covid ) good selection and variety. Morning staff again very professional, courteous and prompt. Cleaning staff doing there job with smiles n professionalism. Hotel is very clean and welcoming. Definitely will be back. My room very comfortable, home like feeling, bed very comfortable, room very spacious.

The hotel was extremely clean... that was a consistently happening... by all members of the staff. Even the 🛗 elevators! The breakfast 🥚 🥓 was good and the staff were always checking to see if anything was needing to be restocked. They even gave a "last call" before closing. The hot tub was wonderful. My daughter enjoyed the pool. I also like that the pool entrance was not right by the front entrance or check in desk... having to walk by the service desk in yr bathing suit isn't fun. The only downside was that about 2 wks after I checked out and payment was processed, I was charged again for a missing coffee pot 2xs..... which later were refunded due to them recognizing their error! However after asking how they charged me again if the payment was already processed and closed out... I was advised.. they will have my information on me and my card forever since I used it there! Did not like that at all! I wasn't even advised about the charge..I saw it on my financial statement..

Usually have a better stay. The bathroom mirror was cracked, and carpet riser was pulled away from wall with window. Request for a refund for unused night requires a 48 hour advance notice. Decent continental breakfast. Pool looked clean. Nice front desk staff.

The hotel look brand new. Rooms spacious and super clean. Beds comfy. Nice lite sitting room and desk. Great breakfast - waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels, English muffins, cereal, milk and.juice. friendly staff. They got us checked in early while we had a flat tire. Nice pool, hot tub and work out area.

The bathroom in our room was immaculate, the cleanest grout I have ever seen in a hotel room. I usually feel icky in hotel bathrooms even when they are clean, I didn't feel even slightly icky while staying here. The bathtub/shower have a nice textured and well affixed bar to help get in and out if you have mobility problems, it is opposite the shower head. We stayed in a normal double room. The staff was very friendly and things there ran very smoothly and efficiently. The breakfast was well stocked, muffins, danishes, bread, bagels, juices, coffee, plain milk, cream cheese, jams, butters, waffle machines, cereals, sasuages, boiled eggs, etc. All fresh. I cannot stress enough how clean the breakfast serving area was, most hotels I have been to there is almost always a mess or even caked on gunk. Every surface was clean, they had tongs to grab food with, and staff nearby keeping an eye on the food to make sure they didn't run out of anything. I normally with hotel stays would try to name names of people who I felt did great jobs and/or were friendly, but everyone I saw was extremely friendly and did great jobs. Even those I didn't see were doing great jobs, I was extremely impressed with housekeeping for how clean the bathrooms and rooms were. Thank you all for the great stay. Beds and pillows were well above average. The pillowcases, and sheets were very soft (soft enough where I wouldn't mind having a similar set at home). The towels and washcloths weren't soft, but they weren't harsh or abrasive either. The staff was extremely quick at cleaning up water people had tracked in as it started to rain, and laying out wet floor signs so that people were cautious. The hotel was a bit off from the highway but is worth the extra little distance for how comfortable, clean and nice everything was.
