Rooms was awsome price was way over price rop off. Customer service was really and we had people standing at our door threw out the night. No privacy never stay there again

Awesome stay! Would totally recommend this hotel! Check in was quick and easy, staff were super friendly. Hotel is clean, and fresh, and is in excellent condition. The room was spacious and super clean. Bed was super comfortable, we slept great! AC works really well, room was nice and cold. Pool was great, very clean. A+++++

Easy check-in, spacious and clean rooms! Comfortable bed... I personally didn't care for the feather pillows, but... a clean large shower, free breakfast was lovely, good coffee. Overall wonderful hospitality at a decent price. If in GI again, we would return. Many Thanks!

Beds are incredible clouds. Last time I stayed there a couple months ago I mentioned the tubs were slippery. This time they had bath mats. Thank you for listening and taking action! Can't wait to stay again!

Without a doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my road trip from Minnesota to Arizona and back. A total of 10 states with only 14 days to explore, and 4,235 miles later. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the general manager, and owner. The staff was extremely friendly, and suggested the many possible attractions and restaurants within a short walk or drive. We had a great room on the 3rd floor with 2 seprete bathrooms, and it's own kitchen with dishes for 4. The two queen beds where very relaxing after an 8 hr. drive and the 4 pillows per bed where definitely a plus- firm or cloud 9... After dinner I put on my swim suits, and headed to the heated 14'×22' pool and hot tub pool with room for 8. The hotel was 80% full but was very quiet at 🌙 with all the local events happening. The hotels well built with lots of natural light and tile work throughout, I enjoyed the modern fireplace in the lobby and 2 flat-screen tv's in the breakfast-lobby opened in 2021 I was told by the owner. After a good night's rest we headed to the complementary breakfast at 0730. I was pleasantly surprised by the food selection. Better then all the hotels we stayed at. Your choice of Eggs, bacon, waffles, breakfast sandwich or cereals, fresh fruit, pre packaged muffins. + many more options. Just say what you'd like to the breakfast attendants and they will serve you. I'll definitely put this on the favorite list for the next time I pass through Grand Island. I stayed at this hotel for the last 5 days. It is extremely clean and well kept. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I was able to met and talk with the owners who are also wonderful! I would stay here again without any hesitation. Thanks for a great experience!

Choice Privileges , Diamond Member here. Very rude desk clerk. Wouldn’t allow the rate I got on the website, Questioned it and said the manager may raise rate in the morning. Went to the North Comfort Suites (GI), where they accommodated.

Pros: Nice and clean, breakfast was the same as other hotels. Cons: Tv slow as Christmas, have to renew wifi contract every 1-2hrs on every single device, management does nothing about kids running up and down hallway yelling late at night, breaker kicked bc I had too many lights on in my room 🫤. 1st and last time I stay at a Comfort Suite.

This was a super clean, comfortable hotel. The staff was very helpful and it was a good breakfast. The best part was the honesty of the housekeeping staff though! I accidentally left my wedding ring and another ring in our room. When I realized my mistake several hours down the road I called the hotel figuring that my rings were gone forever. Miraculously they had been turned into the front desk and I was able to stop on my way back through and get them! It's so great that there are still people with integrity in the world! Thank you!!

This place was a great and affordable hotel stay. It was close to a Walmart, gas station, and multiple restaurants all near by. They have Free breakfast, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are big and have clean and nice bedrooms. If you stop in this town, stay at this hotel.
