The customer service was good, they worked hard to get me into a car that I wanted with the features I wanted for the most part though they don’t know the features of the cars too well, and my car came to me very dirty. Needs a good detail

A huge shout out to the Shaun and the team at Anderson's. Shaun was amazing to work with since day one of trying to put me in a perfect vehicle that's suitable for me. I found the perfect Kia Rio online and it was at the Lincoln store and they had it on their lot the next day. When I got there most of the paperwork was already done so the whole buying process went by fast and smoothly. I would highly recommend Anderson's the entire staff are amazing easy going people.

Shayne was amazing!! I am a travel nurse and on my way home to Alabama from Oregon and had Jeep problems…which turned out to be minor thank goodness. But Shayne helped me and took the time to make sure I got back on the road ASAP. Thank you so much. Plus we got a kick out of our names not only being the same but spelled the same as well. LOL!!
