This was hands down the easiest process you could go through to get a vehicle. My salesman Shaun, was super helpful and not even slightly pushy to get something I didn’t want. I would recommend anyone to this dealership for the service they provide to their customers.

Took my Jeep in, my appointment was on a Tuesday. Didn't hear anything from them all week so I called on Friday for an update. They told me it was in fact diagnosed on Tueaday. They asked about my warranty, which they knew I had. Then told me that was what the hold up was..... trying to get approval. Another week goes by before I hear from them again. They want me to approve the items that needed fixed. Then they told me it would be another week or so because they had to order the parts! Another week goes by, I had to call again for an update. He tells me it was done that morning! Not many people can go 3 weeks without their main vehicle. Absolutely horrible communication skills here. Takes them 3 weeks for a simple speed sensor and axel gasket. Definitely will not be back.

Took 3 hrs to change 2 fuel filters and an oil change. Was supposed to rotate and balance tires that didn't happen because the balance machine was "broke". Then after it came out of the shop it was dripping oil from a cross member and transfer case so I had them take it back in to clean which took another 45 min. Went to pay the bill and all of the prices were completely different from the quote and a lot higher. Very unsatisfied customer!!!!!

I dropped my vehicle off in July for possible damage from lighting strike. I had to constantly keep on the service dept to find out what was going on with vehicle. After initial repairs were done. They blamed the battery on not starting. Didn’t jump or try to charge it. Didn’t contact me for concerns. I had to go in and talk to sales manager to get resolve, in October. Now in November still don’t know if my vehicle is repaired. Don’t know what they have don’t to it. Even after contacting them yet again to follow up. Worse service ever provided by “service dept”. Thanks Damien and Sean. Keep up the awesome work, maybe at another employer.

Super helpful and friendly staff. They helped me find the vehicle I was looking for with most of the features I wanted. The whole process was easy going and not stressful as some car buying can be. This will be the 3rd car in my family that we’ve purchased from them. I highly recommend them!

We got to work with a new sales person and enjoyed working with her to gain experience with her new position. Overall was fun but took a little long to get paperwork together, no fault of the salesperson. Will check with them again for future purchases.

First offered me $10,500 for my trade in and than the second time offered me $6,500 claiming it had all these issues. The "issues" had existed the first time but a 2011 wrangler is worth alot more than $6500. Reply: I had brought my jeep down there so thats lie number one. Lie number Two there are no fenders missing. Lie number three you guys said my stereo isn't working I can include a video if necessary it is too working its called a power button. What vehicle doesn't have some scratches? Oh and the thousands of dollars of aftermarket items that your acting like aren't on there.

We have been searching for a dealership that would work with our lender which isn't as simple when needing to that specific plus having requirements from the lender. After most of our day being wasted by a dealer who in reality didn't want the business, rushing us to pick one, impatient when we wanted to test drive more then just one car. We decided to check out Anderson CD JR, for a dodge charger. Unfortunately it wasn't there but in another state. They did offer to ship it up here for us to look at. But auto wise we needed something sooner, and didn't want them to waste the time if it turned out we didn't like it for some reason. And I'm a die hard fan of chargers. There was two vehicles in our preferred price range, he had NO problem showing us others also. We test drove a Ford F150 and a Honda civic. After the figures were done, with the trade in we were approved for zero down on the Honda. It gets 39 mpg which is great. It may not be exactly what we were hoping for, but it was sure better then the other prospects we have seen. My favorite part of this was the salesmen himself. Shaun was helpful, respectful, friendly, not pushy or rude. And he was not diogatory towards me since I'm a woman like so many others are. He also stayed and finished the deal, instead of pushing us out the door to come back another day. Which is great because that is a long trip for us. We wished we would've gone there first, then maybe we would've been home before midnight and had a better day. We still ended it with smiles on our faces, and watching my husband fall in love with a Honda... priceless lol. On another note, their bathrooms are nice and clean, their staff is understanding about a four year old being a four year old.

I 100% recommend this dealership and especially Blaine! He was awesome to work with and responded to my questions quickly, I spent weeks trying to find a limited edition pink jeep and he was able to help me purchase it. I drove 6 hours from CO and most of the paperwork was already done. I hate dealerships with pushy sales people and this one is definitely awesome. Thanks again Blaine!
