Anderson CDJR of Grand Island

We are the owners of a 2015 Ram Laramie Limited Edition. The pickup has air ride suspension and we were having issues getting it repaired properly. We had repair work done in Connecticut while we were on vacation and they couldn't guarantee it would get us back to Nebraska. Once we arrived back in Nebraska, we took it to the place where we bought the truck who did the initial compressor work in December 2021 and for a lack of a better term "we got jacked around". This same place replaced the compressor under warranty and two days later it went out again. We decided instead of dealing with more aggravation to take the pickup to a Chrysler dealer, Anderson Dodge. We met with Service Advisor, Shayne Niedringhaus, and this young man is definitely a breath of fresh air. He went out of his way to answer all our questions and ordered all the appropriate parts in a timely manner. Shayne responded to all of our phone calls without making us feel like we were being a nuisance. We applaud Anderson Dodge Ram for hiring this young man! He is definitely an asset to their service department. We will return to Anderson Dodge because of how Shayne treats the customer!

Was told I would be called back original call. No one called back. When I called again I was on hold for 15 minutes. When I had my truck serviced they forgot to change the fuel filter and I sat there for an extra hour. Terrible service

We were on a road trip and had a shake in our steering wheel get a lot worse. We stopped in a frenzy, and ACDJR within MINUTES had seemingly a whole crew lined up to help us. Turns out we needed new tires…they found us new tires at a shop nearby. They heard we were headed towards mountains and warned us our brakes were low - they somehow got those done for us, too, got our oil changed and a multipoint while they were at it, filled our fluids, gave us a heads-up on a couple things … the works! Pretty sure it was like a NASCAR pit in there; in about 3 hours we were back on the road, infinitely safer than we were before. Judy kept us updated the whole time. Mechanic Brain and Manager stayed late to finish up and check us out. They were all so kind to us and clearly excellent at their work.

We had to reschedule the appointment several times due to weather events! and They worked it in their busy schedule and got the repairs done correctly and accurately.

The young lady at the service desk was friendly and helpful. Labor price was fair and they didn’t try to add on things that “needed” to be done to my vehicle like other places in town.

Sales department employees need to be more polite we were a few customers there went by didn’t even say good morning when they went by! We were customers when we bought the cars, too being friendly is what will get you sales

Riley Logue gave me one of the greatest service when selling me a vehicle. He wasn’t over stepping boundaries or too pushy with prices. This company helped me to find better options for my price range and not let me settle for less.
