The UPS Store

Very helpful and friendly staff. I always go to this location because I know they will be efficient and treat me well.

The Bellevue Cornhusker store has helped me many times with Amazon returns. Because I cannot walk, although I can drive, they kindly send an associate out to give me curbside assistance in my car. Every associate is unfailingly courteous, and the store processes my returns pronto. Thank you many times over for your kindness and professionalism.

Where is my package? Mailed over a week ago and no tracking information or update. Called 1-800 UPS and they took my name, phone, and tracking number just to tell me they don't have the package. Told me to call the local store where I shipped it. I called the store and they reroute the call back to 1-800 UPS during normal business hours. They gave me the run-around. I have the receipt but tracking doesn't even show they have the package, just the label being created. Now I will have to file a claim / open an investigation. Couldn't even rate the call... got "Sorry the feedback service is not working right now"...really? Next time use another shipping service. Customer service is no help at all.

This UPS store is totally amazing I'm elderly disabled i need assistance getting in out my car. Help with everything Thank God fo a kind young man Calab he helps me with everything always happy smiling. God bless this store and my new wonderful helper he priceless ***** Grade A+ workers Amen

The staff here are great. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and courteous. No matter how busy they are you always get a smile.

I went into the store with some complicated Amazon returns. Caleb, the employee who assisted me, was so patient and wasn’t annoyed with me at all! He acted like he was actually happy to help me! Customer service like that isn’t around as much these days. I’ll go to the UPS Store every time when I need those services.

Alysa/Caleb were very professional and helpful in a mis-ship issue. Not many companies have that level of customer service these days so these two should be acknowledged with maybe a Starbucks recognition card. Just an idea to the management team of this great store. I stopped into the Cornhusker location on Friday November 4th. I had 2 coffee mugs I needed to ship, but I didn't have any packing material or boxes to ship them. I don't ship things very often so I walked in there like a lost puppy. The associate who helped me knew exactly what I wanted and had me in and out in just a couple minutes. All while maintaining a friendly attitude despite my inexperience.. absolutely stellar customer service.

No matter who's working!! No matter what time it is!!! No matter how many people are in line behind you!!! They stop and simply do their job, take care of the customer and move along!! Great people and I've never had a shipping or printing issue!

Hard to beat ups. The location is convenient and it's always well kept. It's nice to be able to walk in with a bunch of random boxes and just say it's got to go here, how much? And of course Amazon returns are simple. Never had a problem here.
