Staff was very helpful, they knew the hoops to jump through to take care of an Amazon return where Amazon did not provide any useful return label or instructions. Very thankful for their help on a very annoying issue with Amazon.

Mr. Sharma, I've been going to UPS for upwards of 10 years to get books bound and ship various items. This has been my best experience. I watched one of your employees, Tina, manage the store and take care of customers by herself this morning. I watched her bounce from handling shipping and answering phone calls all while binding my book. She's a credit to your store and greeted everyone who entered with a smile. Always great service from the employees. I never wait more than 2-3 minutes and they are always willing to help and cut down boxes for me to get the right size.

Alysa , sorry if i spelled the name wrong... She provide a great service today very helpful, polite , efficient and professional all wrapped up in one.. She help me scan several large documents to a pdf file and had it sent to my email...Great Lady.....Thanks again, Kelly.

Your employee Calwb is amazing! The service he provided was super awesome, patient, caring, and understanding of the situation. I went to a different location in Council Bluffs and had the worst service ever! This young man represents UPS with the service I have come to expect from this great company.
